GOT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You got one what? The color-shift curlies aren’t even listed on the store page and there was no announcement.
Wow, she was allowed to write another one after Tongues of Serpents? Don’t get me wrong, I adored the first three and enjoyed 4 & 5, but I slogged through about the first third/half of the sixth and gave up. I found it incredibly boring and pointless and had no idea why she thought dragging them around the Australian desert was ever a good idea!
Is this one going to return to the original style/story which made the series so excellent in the beginning?
Congratulations. 🙂
At least I know I got the phrase correct…hahaha. 🙂
I had a dream last night that these were released at 10am today…probably a bit early for Windstones (even though I”m in the same timezone)…but maybe a hint? 🙂
I think it’s really pretty, though I’d like silver accents instead of gold, personally. However I’m not in the market for another spectral, so my purchase would be limited to a curlie or maybe a coiled. 🙂
Thank y’all so much! The other dog has gotten over 120 votes in the past 24 hours, not sure where that came from – my boy is 21 votes behind right now.
Voted – good luck!
Bumping because my handsome boy is no longer in the top spot of the voting – some lab has passed him by 14 votes! Voting ends tomorrow night, so if you are on Facebook and could take a moment to click and like his picture, I would really appreciate it!
Click here and “like” to vote for Curzon!!
As an update, he was cleared two weeks ago to resume daily activity and swimming, which he is thrilled with. Today we are going back for an unscheduled 4-week checkup to possibly clear him for running – he got the zoomies yesterday and ran at top speed up and down my hallway!
Thank you! <3 🙂
February 28, 2012 at 2:46 am in reply to: February 2012 Grab Bag Young Poads–post their arrivals! #875051My little one is here!
My Poad is airbrushed in green, teal, blue, and purple with a silver stripe down her back and a butterfly pattern in red orange, purple, gold, blue, and teal. She has red eyes and a gold beak and toenails. I don’t have a name for her yet though…my GB baby unicorn was easy, she was covered in purple raindrops so her name is Rain!
I can’t find the “hamster” one. Are we still limited to the first four pages of a thread? I went through every thread in the four pages of search results, up to four pages in, and didn’t find the clue.
Yes it´s there!
In my first search I went through all 4 resultpages without finding anything and on my second try I found it within a few minutes. Just look again and make sure the pages are completely loaded before you scroll down 🙂Guess that was the problem…so many pictures!

They are adorable. Thanks for sharing more pictures. 🙂
I well remember that waiting game, seemed like forEVER between July 15 and September 11 just four years ago as I waited for my little red merlie girlie to be old enough to come home… 🙂
Will the scavenger hunt photo be posted in a random person’s response, or just in a Windstone person’s response? I’m just a little unsure where I should be looking… 🙂
Yay, a quest for my birthday! 😀
This is a great picture of him and I voted on facebook. So sad to hear about the surgery and I hope that he will be OK.
Aw, thank you. He’s doing great and is already well into the whiny stage of being energetic but still not allowed to do anything physical. The surgery got clean margins on all sides around the tumor, and the pre-surgery workup indicates that we caught it early so hopefully it did not metastasize before removal. We’ll be talking to an oncologist next week and possibly running a chemotherapy series, depending on what she recommends. His surgery recheck and rehab consult is next Wednesday, and I cannot WAIT – I’m hoping he’s cleared for longer walks and swimming!
