The ground shook in all directions-from the cold north, to the balmy south; from the thriving east to the unknown west. The air rippled and the trees shook in anticipation.
There had only been rumors that this momentous occasion would come to fruition, but now the creatures of the forests were seeing these rumors were true.

OMG Wolfen that’s awesome!! (also the repaint is GORGEOUS, and totally deserves a seat on the council!) Your kitty is sooo cute!! In the second picture there he (she?) looks almost intimidated by the dragons! Darn right!

Griffin family:
My test paint mama (Chocolate Brown Copper Spot!!) and my two spotted griffin chicks. The chicks are from the very first run, right before Windstone moved to Oregon.
My hatcher army! Yes, the red fire does have red eyes – he’s a beloved mistake piece.
My two green hatchers. The one on the left is the very first Windstone I ever saw in person. I bought him off of Ebay, and it turns out he’s a very rare very first edition of the hatcher sculpt. He’s from when they were experimenting with giving the hatchers tongues.
Zan’s tongue. It’s not painted, so it’s hard to see, but he’s sticking his tongue out at you! 😛
Zan doesn’t even have a stamp, but my other green does.
My brown family. I love their colors. They are so rich.
Other Windstones!
My old green family. The emperor I found on Ebay as a BIN for $100! The male and mother both need repairs, and they both have stamps. I really, really love the emperor, because he has a lot of blue and purple on him.
My orientals! I had an emerald sun dragon, but I sold him a while back. He is the one piece I really regret selling.
My two Poads ™, my uni, and a repainted scratcher I bought on Ebay.
My PYO family! Not all of these were done by me. This picture totally reminds me of a family reunion photograph. *lol* (There’s also a Purple Cat Creatives dragon up front – she couldn’t stand to be left out!)

The wizard is in pretty bad shape. The wolf was the first ever Windstone I purchased, but thanks to shipping difficulties he’s not the first one I ever saw in person.
My husband has three Windstones: An emerald old warrior, a goof up gargoyle panther, and the winged wolf lamp.
Can’t forget the fuzzies!

“>Goodwill online auctions, so you can browse lots of different Goodwill stores. They wouldn’t double box, so I thought I’d be getting a refund instead of new Windstones. But they padded the whole box in thick bubble wrap, every side, then wrapped each piece in three or four sheets of bubblewrap, then used spare sheets to pad them next to each other so they were very tight and cozy in that box. This is after they were cleaned up. They had been splashed with something reddish brown that Goodwill of course did not photograph, but it came off easy, I just don’t wanna know what it was :~

I spy the Aquamarine Kirin! That was one of my favorites that I painted.
Fabulous collections everyone.What a deal on the greens Stephanie.Good for you.You have some cool babies.I didn’t even know they made babies with tongues out.I also have two brown babies,both with stamped bottoms and two different colors on the side of their heads.One has more stain,older I think by a little bit than the other.I never have seen one with gold before either.Very cool. 😉
