HOLY COW…that black wolf in the background is amazing! Did you get him from this batch? Lucky dog, you!
Skeeterdee…I’m sorry you’ve had some unpleasant experiences 🙁 But I know I have gotten lucky contacting someone out of the blue before and I’m sure a few others have too. I’d wager that’s why people do it. I missed your original post somewhere…did you get one of the wolves everyone is looking for?
I love your pluhies! I only have one of your Lunakits from years ago but it’s really well made and REALLY soft! She still lives on my bed with two other fox plushes. One day I want to commission you to make a plushie of my wolf character. I love your purple deer from DA as well…and the plush sea ponies…and the pink and white griffin…and….and… 🙂
I’m glad you were able to see your MLP plushes pretty quickly.February 27, 2015 at 4:02 am in reply to: Is there any chance that you will make all the pebbles in ivory? #926207What about a restock of the fat cat in white?
WOW you have a lot of wolves! That *is* a pack! 🙂
I did a little re-arranging. I’ve run out of room, so I have packed quite a few away too. You’d never know it by looking around my room.
The Betta Sun dragon isn’t quite this vibrant in real life…at least not the yellowish part. These two are some of my favorites. 🙂
Another little update! I finished my externship hours (600 of them! Phew! As of February 2, 2015 after TOO many years, I am a college graduate!! *happy dance* I left my job at the warehouse on Sep. 20 and I haven’t had a real paycheck since then. Thank HEAVENS for my tax return, and thank HEAVENS that I’m in school. Being able to deduct my college expenses got me 5 times what I would have gotten otherwise. I’ve been living off that money the last few weeks, and selling stuff on ebay to get by. I’ve done pretty well-but it sucks depending on ebay to eat and put gas in the car.
Well I had two interviews-one of them was about 30 miles away. I would have taken it but…damn that’s far. It would have been for a traveling x-ray tech, so on the upside I could deduct my gas and such. As soon as I got back from that interview, I had another lady call me. I interviewed twice with her and went in for 2 days of training. She told me she is going to offer me the job tomorrow!! It’s not official yet but I’m so excited! That good ebay money has run out. I’ve got less than $10 to my name currently, so it’s just in time. This place is RIGHT down the street from my house-I don’t have to mess with any freeways, and as I found out last week, an old high school buddy works at a store next door as a manager so we can probably do lunch together. I still have to pass the big state exam but, I am an LMRT! 😀
But on the down side, after being at my last job over 2 years, now I’m new again and have to go through that awkward new phase where you don’t know what to do or say and end up standing around looking at the walls trying to remember what to do. The actual taking of x-rays-I got that 8) but at this place, they want me to do medical assistant (MA) duties too like taking blood, testing for the flu, giving injections, triage etc. I can do that, I’m just not real confident with it-so I get to practice that too, plus doing all the front end paperwork. I’m excited! Now once I start getting a few paychecks in, I can start saving up for my own house with my significant other, and take care of some dental issues I’ve had for months but haven’t been able to afford to do. I feel like my dreams are within reach now!
I haven’t been online in a few days so I’m sorry but HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY my friend! I hope you had a great day 🙂
Welcome home baby Connor! Glad everyone is healthy and doing well 🙂
Falcof-thank you for your “2 cents” it is very useful! I guess I’ve been somewhat of a romantic writer…romantic in the sense that I used to believe that when I wrote something, it was a muse or some energy speaking through me. I almost never edited my work because usually I felt that the way it came out in the heat of the inspired moment was how it was meant to be. I used to write a LOT in high school, but it was always when I was inspired. I couldn’t just sit down and start banging out a story. Now that I’m an adult, I’m finding it easier to sit down and write-to pick up where I left off. I don’t feel I have a *says with gusto* MUSE anymore. But-this is the biggest thing I’ve written so far. I had a “book” that was 60 pages I wrote in middle school but I’ve had a bad habit of jumping around in big projects-so those 60 pages weren’t linear. Plus, looking back on it now, it reads like a middle school kid wrote it. It’s called “The Golden Unicorn” and it’s about a girl who finds a magical golden unicorn music box that lets her time travel (or teleport, I forget which haha) so that “have an original idea” thing-not too original. Granted, my book right now may not be too original, but I feel like it deals with some important issues-drug addiction, complacency/abuse in a relationship and setting one’s priorities straight-so I hope half the people who read it find the story enthralling and I hope the other half of the readers can find strength in the main character-“if she got out of that bad situation, maybe I can get out of mine”. I used to have 3 or 4 good friends in high school who wrote too-so we would all read each other’s stories. My friends always liked mine and would demand I write more to finish it-so maybe some publisher will like it too. Plus, I’ve read some terrible books…or started reading them and had to put them down. IF those people can get published, surely I can.
So, I’ll check out that book you suggested Falcof-and start pushing it once I get the story finished 🙂
So cool! I like the Wyvern

O.O woah woah, woah there. Those are dangerous words! 😉
Also-what about some LP solid matte black with blue eyes or solid dark “Russian Blue cat” grey wolves with yellow eyes?
Oh, man! I love looking at everyone’s pictures. Coal is gorgeous too! I hope there are still some ivory wolves around for a while. I’d love to have one. Since everyone is naming their wolf, I named mine Lucky. I’m lucky to have gotten her, lucky to have been able to afford a wolf in the first place AND after she arrived I have had 2 interviews! One of them is especially promising.
Also PMed you. Unicorn is shipped.
Im guessing we have a handful of Windstone Collectors that have the cash to spend…
It *IS* tax return season 😉 The mother Koi Pond is gorgeous too. I’ve got my popcorn and soda watching the auction. She’s too high for my blood X_X I loooooo-ooove the colors on her. Even subtract the fishies and lilly pads etc-just those psychedelic greens, purples and blues-I’d still be in love with her.
Rodney’s GB Wolf came yesterday:
He has lovely metallic gold eyes…:)
His coat color reminds me somewhat of a Russian Blue Cat with hints of grey and black.
According to tracking, my Wolf will be here tomorrow…:D
Beautiful! I agree with you, he looks like a Russian Blue (I have a real life Russian Blue kitty) I think he needs a Russian sounding name…Wolfdakauff hehe The English spelling of the Russian word for wolf is Volk
Yes, I agree, the Red Fire and Blue Morpho are beautiful together! The RF OW is stunning. It’s my favorite production color (besides the new Violet Flame) congrats on them! Too bad Melody never made the coiled mother in Red Fire-she would not only be stunning but balance out your 2 sets of trios
