Sorry about every ones bad luck. (I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY COMPUTER FOR 2 DAYS NOW THAT ABOUT DROVE ME CRAZY BUT )My whine is about being contacted by a new forum member been here not quite 2 days yet and messages me. Wants to make a new friend. Why me of all people that are more active here than I am? Goes on to explain what they do for a living and were they were born. Okay everyone this is a older lady here. I am a nut magnet. Always have been. I swear to god if there is a nut around I will be their magnet. You know that there is no one on my blocked list? Well there is now. Have a great evening ladies. I just want to be nut free! HA.

Oh sorry about that. I found it while trying to get a idea of what price to ask for a dragon I was going to put on ebay. I still did not find the dragon but found that one. I just thought it was rude to put another logo over a piece that was clearly Melody’s work. Glad you notified John. Thanks.

Bodine thanks. I always loved her work. I will do my best to make him pretty again. I knew in a instant it was her work. I hesitated though knowing the chest area is not one of the areas I have ever worked on and that eye is scary. But I think for this guys chest I go back to my old way of doing them. It takes longer but is easier to smooth out. I haggled down on the price for him. I had utter shock when I first saw him. Unbelievable I thought– he kissed the cement a few times over. My thoughts were wholly cow poor baby. An yes, I get winter blues so like to do projects. He is going to be a project. HA.

I got him and the Riser as well. Well not yet but they are coming. I have all winter to work on him. I can do the repairs but am a very crappy painter. Plus is I can just about match any color. I will no longer send them out for repairs as a certain member has had 2 of my pieces for 2 years now. They are the best I have ever seen but I fear I will never see those 2 that are out ever again. So I can repair though it may take me some time as I am never satisfied with them unless they are like new looking. So no worries hes is coming to live with me.

I try an never accept payments like that. I want to send a bill out of Pay Pal an prefer the fees as opposed to having to try and explain to a buyer /forum member here, why USPS does not want to pay off on a missing item or a broken item. Because they are going to call it a gift even if I do insure it for the exact amount payed. Try explaining that to USPS. Sure. Why I sent something I say is worth $$$ and how do I prove what the person payed for it with out a bill for god sake. What do I show them a gift receipt from friends and family instead? I don’t think so. So I am not even thinking rip offs here I am thinking besides that I am way ahead of you all on this subject. I insist on sending a bill and just insisted yesterday to a forum member here. Why take chances. What I am guilty of is not insisting on the same be done for me. But this was a start. I will do that from now on.
