Between the knock out drugs from an esophogus biopsy yesterday messing with my depression disorder, a full moon tomorrow, and seeing yet another cougar sculpt done up as a leopard taunt me out of reach I’ve been crying hard literally for the past three days off and on and am shot and dehydrated. I’m fixated on those darn cougar sculpts done as leopards, I stay up til the wee hrs. staring at the photos of them longingly. They seem like just another dream that is out of reach. I know I have a lot to be thankful for and am, but them being out of reach and few and far between is killing me then the oriental dragon done in jaguar just pushed me over the tantrum edge!
Plus, working shift work any future GBs or awesome pieces usually are sold out before I ever get a chance to notice them, have the funds for them, or get an order in. 🙁

I just need to whine a minute. Yesterday I was moving my Windstone around and the shelf fell(we found out the pin holding the shelf came out). I push my body up against the opening and stop a lot of them from falling. My husband came running and he save a lot of them. What got the worst was 2 PYO keepers and all my frogs(I will take pictures and ask drag0n to fix please). I fix the PYO keeper the best I could but I know I will never match the paint, but they don’t look bad. Well I am just heart sick and I know crying don’t help. I got every thing back in but now I am not sure I will every touch again. well that is enough for now. Linda
Oh Linda, I’m so sorry to hear it! I hope you can get the casualties repaired alright. I can only imagine your horror and the sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach! I’m glad it wasn’t any of your beloved Dragon Fruits!!!
I have a 1999 small sitting dragon garg out for repair presently from not being packed well enough by an Ebay seller I’m eager to get home and check out. @werepanther I am feeling your pain, all those gorgeous unicorns and cougar variations have just begged to come live with me – alas. l was glad to see the poad and kinda hope that will be the theme for awhile. That one really is pretty, but it just doesn’t awaken the “I gotta have it” cravings in me.
I like Poads and would love to own Mandarin, but yeah it ain’t got nothing on the ori or cougar.. at least we can be in pain together! I’m so sad. Maybe Etruscan is right and our special piece is just coming yet when we have enough money to get it.

I live in the Northwoods of Wisconsin where the deer flow across the street like water I’m lucky I’m not too full of venison to move! 😉 Seriously, I think Melody and crew are trying to kill me with these recent pieces, maybe they want a nice werepanther rug for their office.

I had to tap out of the cat fight. 🙁 I’m literally filled with rage and tears I can’t ever seem to afford to win a leopard or panther cougar sculpt! I know I’m not alone and I’m happy for who wins, but just the same it’s a good thing I can’t reach through the computer. >:-( *growls* Sorry, I had to vent… my day is ruined.
But who knows … maybe it is so you can buy another piece you want instead. 😉 I’m sure the puma sculpt will be production or Grab Bag one of these days and also, in my opinion, chances are good that later ebay pumas won’t go for the dizzy prices that these first ones are bringing.
Thanks Etruscan. 🙂 I hope so. It isn’t just the fab sculpt and paint job, it’s kind of hard to explain but these pieces speak to me on more intimate… spiritual like levels. It’s silly and it’s lame to tantrum about it, but sometimes one can’t help how they feel. I think the sculpt and panthera pardis paints is the visual representation of a deeper personal frustration related to a quest I’m on that has me so passionate to get one over other awesome pieces. The other ones are chili pepper moon and tattoo ori’s that are also equally personal and out of reach in forever homes. Sorry no one wants to hear my over sharing rambles I suspect. It was very nice of you to say that, it did make me feel better, I owe you one!
