Have you looked on craigslist? I seen a few Flap Cats for sale the other day.
You make me want to cry. I private messaged this seller and she was going to split the lot, until she actually got interest in the whole thing… and the only piece I wanted was the emerald male and you ALREADY HAVE SOMEONE FOR IT!

You know…? Besides seeing dust, to me it appears as if the dragon’s left horn is popping out a bit from the photo. (Or is it me?)

Looks like dust to me too! Did you ask if it was New in a WINDSTONE box? I have acquire items that were never taken out of the box but it wasn’t a Windstone box from the factory and was covered in dust.
