well session #3 ended Wednesday night and after many hours of sitting there here it is all finished (for now at least, I’m toying with some ideas for a background)

Better actually. It was all shading this time around, and that part really doesn’t bother me at all. I think the reason it was more uncomfortable last time was because of the outlining…that bothered me a bunch. It was only a little painful where the head is when he was working on the hair. other wise, not bad at all…I was actually falling asleep at one point and then a friend of mine stopped in to see how I was doing and kinda woke me up. 😆 honestly, i find tattooing to be quite relaxing for some reason (call me weird if you want), but it’s cool, this guy is awesome, he does amazing work, we can talk about anything, and they have good music playing. my kind of joint 😆

Okay, got another session done today! It still isn’t finished yet, but darn close. I’m going back next week for the final session, not much left at all!! I’ll post pics later tonight after the man gets home…

Thanks! A Fire bird would be awesome! I’ve seen a lot of cool ones too. A friend of mine has asked me to draw up one for her shoulder, it’s taking me a while to do it but it’s a cool design I think. They just have soooo many colors and stuff!!!

That’s really pretty. I heard getting ink done on your feet is quite the painful experience. But then again it really is different for everyone. I’m going back to get more work done on Tuesday the 10th, I’m hoping he can finish it. But we’ll see I guess. Honestly though, when I went to get mine started it really was not all that painful. I was expecting it to be really painful on the spine and out towards the sides, but I actually found it to feel kinda cool. I almost dozed off several times. weird huh?

I just picked up a bottle of that lotion! I guess I’ll start to use it after I run out of the A&D stuff. Anyways, here’s what I’ve got done so far. I really like the traditional tattoo shading look he’s done on it. makes it pop out more I think. It just stinks that he couldn’t finish the left wing, but oh well. I’m loving it so far.

ah, well just got done with session number one. I’ve been in that place from 1030 this morning and I’m just now getting home. still has a lot left to do. so far just got the basic outline done, the right wing and part of the left wing. we had to stop due to his hand bothering him, apparently he has arthritis in that hand that acts up after long sessions. so I’ll be back to see him in about 1 week for more if not the rest.

It’s going to take up most of my back. I figure the wing tips will come up over my shoulders a bit. I’m sure it’s going to hurt lots! I’ll post pics of it tonight sometime, assuming I can sit through the whole thing today!

I’m finally getting another one! This is one I drew up a few months ago. I get to suffer all day tomorrow, but it’ll be well worth it I think!

eww, you know when i saw that movie in the theater, i thought it was gonna be stupid, but then they showed that girl’s face in the closet and man, that did it for me, the rest of the time there i only watched the bottom right hand corner of the screen because i had my jacket pulled over my head. Then for about 2 months or so after i saw it (well the parts i did see) i turned my tv around to face the wall every night before i went to bed lol.
