i’ll probably be putting my new dragon pyo up by monday night… in a color called autumn garden.. i’ll be posting pics soonish of him, i just have to photoshop them.adding a little bump for my lion sconce.. he comes with box, etc., and a yankee candle votive. he just has some scrapes inside the hanging slot from getting rubbed by the screw i was trying to hang him on. 🙁 other wise he is perfect. he was never used/lit as i couldn’t even hang him up. check him out and you may just get a deal- he is sitting at only 26 bucks and ends thursday night at 8 or 9 ET….

thankies!wow Nam look at all the purple on yours! squee! i’ve never seen one look like that except for the special 10! wow! cool! lol! he does have a very grapey nose, like he was eating grape jelly out of the jar. no one would suspect it was that dignified old man who ate all the jelly…..
lol! no, i didn’t change any of the dog statement; i copied n pasted it for each of the auctions so i didn’t have to spend forever retyping all the repetitive stuff. you know what i did forget though? a pic of miso on the hatching peg auction. d’oh! i was doing the auction html style for the first time and i guess i lost her pic in the code cuz i was experiencing some technical difficulties and got all the code fandangled! i refer to her, but i lost the pic on that one. whoops! lol!
i was so thrilled last night, cuz i did the lion one all by myself without my boyfriends help! woo hoo! my brain is just not not made for understanding that stuff, so that was a big deal for me. squee!just giving this a bump to say the oriental sun, ruby young and baby pegasus are ending tonight, starting loosely around 830 pm ET. just in case anyone was interested.
also, i have since added a hatching pegasus and lion sconce to the roster. a small dragon pyo will be added next, hopefully for monday or tuesday night. thankies! 😀eeeeeeeeeeeeee! you know who i can’t stand?! owen wilson! blech! he was in wedding crashers and some other movies with will ferrell i think. dear god i can’t stand his nose! its looks like a…. well.. i can’t say what i think it looks like! 😛 yick!
who else!? ewww clint eastwood and iggy pop…. not that iggy pop is on tv exactly, but close enough. oh! and giada de laurentiis from food network! so many people think she’s pretty, but egad the nose/big mouth/teeth combo is just too much for me! 😯geez as if if you didn’t have enough crazy stuff going on! i really hope things get better for you and everyone stays safe from here on and focus on getting better! noone seems to be free from this bad luck cloud the past couple years. 🙁 i’ll be thinking warm, happy ,fuzzy, healing thoughts for you and your family!
make sure you eat ( healthy), drink and sleep enough too during all this; those are the essential basics that if you can’t maintain them, it makes it much harder to cope with the stress and need for thinking clearly. take it easy out there! you know you have a great support network here!thanks so much you guys! i really appreciate your supportiveness. and input. i was starting to think i was going nuts when every person i spoke to out here said “just put her down, thats too much money to spend on any animal” when i didn’t feel the same way. i look forward to hearing from the doctors wednesday or thursday for the surgery options and then getting my girl on her way to feeling better. having lots of rest and carpeting 24/7 has helped her immensely- she hasn’t even needed a rimadyl since last week, so thats a good start! 😀
keschete: what a story! power to you guys for managing to save that little peanut! i wouldn’t let anyone make me but her down for just a bum leg. the doctor was impressed how hardy she was everywhere else, just not those little leggies.
i had a situation with how i got my last dog two years ago.( i told this tale elsewhere but couldn’t find it) we stopped by a kennel and they had a little papillon pup that they had for many months that they were going to send her back to the breeder to be euthanized because she was constantly and hopelessly sick in their care.( that was a long sentence, hmm.) we absolutely fell in love with this little crazy girl the moment we saw her and we just couldn’t leave her to an awful fate. they told us we could just take her as they were sick of paying for the vet fees and didn’t want to further pay out the airfare. so we took her home. anyhoo, we spent many, many months taking her to the vet weekly, never her letting get cold, damp, go outside or anything before she finally got better.
it was hell and so expensive, but just like you said, i would do it all again, as i couldn’t imagine life without her! she is such a ray of sunshine, there would be such a hole in our lives without her. every day we always say to each other how much we love her and how glad we are that we got her. now she is strong as an ox, minus some dental issues due to her short muzzle and sensitivity to dust and certain fragrances. squee!
also, i am very grateful to have a padding of windstones around me, as they are a great source of funds in situations like this! 😆 thankfully i have quite a few by now, so i can stand to lose a few to help fund her surgery. : ) we should have the official word any day now! once i know something i’ll post the scoop! off to bed with me for tonight! thank you guys!thats exactly how i feel emerald!! she is such a sweet n spunky girl with such a super sense of humor, i just can’t throw her away at age 3, per my family. i bought her and took it upon myself to take responsiblity for her – its a commitment thru good AND bad- and that is what i have to make happen.
everyone at the vets fell in love with her and they actually thanked ME for bringing her there so they all could have the day with her. i totally trust the vet i have and i have seen the knee surgeries done by this place in dogs that come in my store and they just buzz around like nothing ever happened. its really successful. its very encouraging in that regard that with any luck ( save the degenerated kneecap thing) she could be her totally wild hell-raising self again before too too long.thanks GB!!!!! that was yesterdays’ project- figuring out how to make the listings using the bigger, clearer photos! >.< ALL DAY! the door to my cameras' batteries and memory card broke too, so i had to pinch my camera shut too to keep it on while i was trying to take my pics! lol. i give a big "grrrrr" to technology after all that! also, thank you for reminding me….

i’m a gimp with html, but my boyfriend helped me with centering them n stuff. now i just need to get him to write down the code so i can do it on my own next time. yippee!
