I love the ivory color in the Griffins and the Unicorns!
Not as much in the dragons, the touches of blue, for me, are a bit off putting.
But, all in all this I think would be a fantastic production color!

Sigh. Ok y’all I work at a doctors office. A back doctor and have worked in the medical field and adjacent to it since I was in my early twenties. I was also injured in my early twenties and herniated 7 discs in my spine and messed up my shoulder badly. I have done it ALL. Been the patient, been the one caring for the patient. Been the one having to scream at the insurance company for the patient. Been the patient screaming at my own insurance company. Been to the holistic healers, the chiropractors, the fancy specialists, the regular docs as a patient. Worked as a rad tech, a medical assistant, for those same docs. Here’s the things I wish people understood after almost twenty years doing all this.
One- yes, in the U.S. our healthcare system is broken. But please stop blaming doctors and providers for it. They/we did not break it and most if us are not trying to scam you or keep you from getting better. I’m sorry if you think that or you’ve had bad experiences but most of us are at the mercy of the same broken system. We can’t give you the medication or treatment we’d like to that might work better because YOUR Insurance won’t let us until you try all the other useless stuff first, even when we know and they know it’s not the best choice. Even when I spend two hours on the phone fighting to try to get it approved and get told, no, sorry. So to you, it looks like we gave you something ineffective to keep you coming back. What you don’t see us that we already know we can’t win the fight with your insurance until you try and fail it first. When you all generalize how shitty and greedy and useless all docs and medical folks over here in the U.S. are you make us all think, why do we even bother? Why fight the system for people who literally don’t care and think the worst of us without any damned clue?
Two- Chronic pain will literally cause mental illness, and further physical illness. It can twist you into someone you don’t even know. And when it’s “invisible” like back pain, people and even doctors and nurses, sometimes treat you like you’re crazy because they can’t”see the problem” and it’s not always quantifiable like cancer or diabetes. So try your best to give people with both chronic pain and mental illness some patience. They usually go hand in hand. No one believes that the people who have they could possibly be suffering”that much” and the stigma about even admitting to both remains.
Three- Please be very, very careful with back alley/under the table people. I’ve personally had more damage and seen more patients come through many of my offices with more damage caused by these people than helped by them. With spine, often one improper adjustment can cause fractures and I see more than one of these injuries every YEAR! Often caused by chiropractors who adjust people who should not have adjustments or have pathology that is dangerous to go undiagnosed. Chiropractors also tend to give x-rays and radiation without ANY training in many states. If you found someone and feel great, good. Count your Blessings, but be aware that you got lucky and may not always be lucky. Just like not every doctor is a money grubbing jerk, not every Eastern medicine practitioner or chiropractor is legit or has any training or even a clue as to what they’re doing and could, in fact legit hurt you and you would have zero recourse if they did. A lot of these people are even medical docs from other countries, not Eastern medical practitioners, who just couldn’t get a license to practice here or someone who had a license and lost it.
Finally, spine note only- if you have herniated discs, there are several classifications. Everyone, just about gets one or two past a certain age as the discs lose elasticity and height due to age and life factors. Most people have zero symptoms. A bulge can sometimes be reabsorbed. A herniation rarely is. An extrusion can almost never be treated successfully short of injections or surgery, depending on pain level and symptoms. Most herniations and all extrusions never go away. A disc, once bulged, is easy to damage again, like a water balloon that pouched out. It will always be weaker. Core strengthening for the back and learning how to bend/lift property so as to not reinjure is key to avoiding turning a bulge into worse. I learned all this the hard way with years of every damned treatment imaginable and eventually getting the pain under some control, only to overdo gardening because I felt “great”, bend wrong, and turn a herniated disc into an extrusion and go from great to being unable to walk at all, for two months and all usually treatment failed until surgery that I could not afford but had to do, was the only option.

Thanks for that!! I totally agree with what you said! It’s not the doctors’ fault at all!! The insurance companies are the ones to be blamed. They do not want to cover $h!t for people who really need it and seem to pay for things that are totally useless. It’s really cool that you were one of the ones who was fighting on behalf of the patient; don’t give up on us!
