I’m not going to down for Thanksgiving. Normally, my extended family gathers for a great big meal with lots of visiting, but I work in a child care center, and I can’t guarantee my aunt will be safe from my exposure level. We’ve had some cases at our facility. Christmas maybe cancelled as well depending on the metrics and exposure levels. Christmas is just my mom, my brother, his wife, and daughter, and my family, but we need to be safe first.

Sun Dragon Koi #3I don’t need any more suns. I just love the koi patterns on them. He would go nicely with Gin Rin. However the Blue Sparle Sun also goes nicely with Gin Rin, so if he finds me yay. If not that’s okay too.

Sun Dragon Koi #3I have another artist drone who uses Vista print for her business cards. They always turn out good.

Sun Dragon Koi #3I have a GBYU named Orpheus that I bought simply because that is my favorite myth. He’s a cool GBYU, but I totally bought him for his name. Otherwise I buy them because I like their coloration and paint scheme. I have a Sun Dragon that Melody hates, but I think is absolutely beautiful.

Sun Dragon Koi #3Contacting those people creates more work for Susie. We want to minimize that. That’s why figuring out some way to get an accurate number ahead of time would help with product management. That’s really the issue you guys have identified. Demand far exceeds availability, so if an accurate number could be determined ahead of time more people’s wants would be met and maybe more income could flow into Windstone with the sale of production pieces. Assuming production pieces take less man power to produce and have a higher rate of return for the company. I know some sculpts and color combinations are more labor intensive than others, so really those may just have to come out in smaller batches as time arrives for the overall health of the company.

Sun Dragon Koi #3I think Windstone uses the waitlist button to try and determine how many they need to produce for a restock.

Sun Dragon Koi #3I know the orientals are difficult to cast. At Least the the older ones are. I suspect it’s why we don’t see them as often. Finding a balance is important, but keep in mind the grab bags are a very quick infusion of cash. As a company, particularly in these uncertain times, Windstone needs to do what’s best financially to keep the company afloat.
However, that frustration you just identified is why I suggested figuring out a way for Windstone to figure out what the demand is for a certain item so they can be better in control of inventory. Think of all the Kickstarters or Worms and Bones for example, that have an offering, get their numbers, then people wait for their items and are happy to do so because they know the item is coming. Windstone could do a poll, get an solid idea of how many they need to produce, and then go from there.
