I do the same thing. If I buy something that is Windstone or Princeton gallery and they don’t have the original box and I do, I send the box. What’s a little bit more money compared to a destroyed piece.

SAPPHIRE can not be the only one dealing with this from dishonest forum seller’s. If this has happened to you from another forum member please speak up. I’ve had it happen but mine were Ebay buys. All my forum purchases have come in perfect.

Yes the dragons that came to Florida could have survive a ground zero explosion that is for sure and it WAS NOT just one small item it was several item’s 6 to 7 pieces. All arrived in perfect shape.
All Seller’s should know that they are responsable for thier item’s from the moment it hit’s the post office till it is received by the Buyer.

YES it is the SELLER’S responsibility to either take the item back or ask for pic’s of the item and refund your money. It is not right for a seller to mislead a buyer just for the sake of the money.
