Finding all kinds of neat stuff from storage… But it’s all gotta go!
Ellisa Hawke Mitchell, the Texas artist for Tor Books who created the cover art for many fantasy books including the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, also created this interesting piece in a limited edition series.
“First Gold” – a little dragonling falling in love with a shiny piece of gold.
It’s beautifully matted 9x10inches and sealed in back with artist’s signature #190/250
I can’t find any of her unique art online, but she has quite a following and long history, even now working with the Wheel of Time Role Playing and board game guide.
This was a gift to me so I am negotiable on the pricing. Based on being rare and unique from such a well seen artist, it has value! Maybe $50? Great conversation piece!
Also signed, is a Dolly Parton photograph with certificate of authenticity. She’s awesome. $12
Picture of a picture- actual picture is not blurry I promise. 🙂
Not signed, but a replicate of a replica from the Parthenon in Nashville, Tennessee
Stands 12″ tall about 10″ wide – very light material! – originally $50

She’s 100 miles from me, but like I told Wolfen, I could do it for a little extra in gas.

Hi guys,
I randomly search for random stuff and came up with an individual selling their collection due to hard times. They’re listing them at the original sales prices. So we have some decent prices for someone who needs the help. I do not know if they will ship, but I’m sure they would appreciate the interest!http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/clt/2045835790.html

October 25, 2010 at 4:25 am in reply to: Report Windstone Fakes/Knock offs/Infringment Pls read first #708876Hi guys. I came across this site and thought it so weird that they “renamed” the dragons and didn’t mention the artist (our beloved Ms. Pena) at all?? Not sure if it’s ever been mentioned before?

I certainly wouldn’t buy from them. (I’m also now doubting the rest of their site) 👿
Happy Birthday Megani-Chan! 😀 Hope it’s a good day for you!
This white dragonling is still available for sale.
ALSO. I ran across a craigslist posting for some Emerald green dragons at GREAT prices. They live pretty close to me, and they’ll only sell to local. However, I’m willing to pick it up and ship it for someone if they want it!
Hey guys, this piece is still available.
Just one item for sale at this time:
MIB White Young Dragon
Make me an offer + shipping/handling.
🙂 I got a Red fire hatching dragon from my super sweet co worker. It was such a fun surprise!
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!
Hey guys,
Just wanted to say I’m still alive and mostly well. Big D proceedings and moving has made it very hard for me to stop by and say hello! I finally have a place to hang my hat and soon I’ll get set up and be around to chat more. Hope everyone is well! *HUGS and PIZZA* :hi:

It is kitty season… except my find was not so lucky. I found a beautiful, blue eyed, 8-week old siamese on the side of the road with a broken spine/pelvis … S/he received a warm bed, some good food and lots of love during the night before I took him/her to the vet to be put down. The bane of living in a city. 🙁 Woe, my heart is broke.
But I want to see pictures of your fuzzy to cheer me up!!

Some people just leave.
I agree wholeheartedly with this comment. I’m very sorry for this… for the dog and for you. But again, I’m very glad you stayed for the dog’s sake. I had a car hit a small dog in the middle of the street just in front of my work and then took off. The people in the turn lane were the ones who stayed and comforted the dog as he passed on from his injuries…. It was horrific, and those people were heartless. You did what you could, however you could do it… And that is more than most.
Has anyone else finished reading this? Tears! Sadness! And of course, the typical FRUSTRATION at the very end… lmao…
