Your chokecherry tree… does it have tiny black berries that are poisonous?
We have a type of tree like that that we call a mayday tree and it’s flowers smell heavenly! I wish there was a perfume that smelled like that. 🙂This is the second spring we’ve had it.. It didn’t flower in it’s pot last year, although we’re told that it would be berry-less. I doubt that, but the one tree expert said it wouldn’t matter anyway because the robins would eat them all.
The swallows are gorgeous. Love watching ’em fly. 🙂

This is my first whole year with a yard. Irises are my favorite flower and although the big ones don’t seem to be inclined to bloom this year, the dwarf ones did. 🙂
