You guys should look up the “Snappa” dragons from Enchantica, they are cute too, but not quite as much so as the pocket dragons, not nearly as many in production either….
Dude, write him an e-mail back saying that if he does not desist immediately that you will sue him for all he’s worth for harrassment and liblel! That’ll get his attention…. *smug grin* Also report it to evilBay as harrassment and get his ass kicked off.
Earliest Fluff I remember was in New Mexico, I’ve seen in a couple times in CA, none in FL, it seemed to be a staple in MS, and WI definately had it! LoL
Actualy, what I think I love the most is that DM defended me in a thread, sends me a PM saying “Didn’t you see I defended you!” even before I’ve read his post, then tries to whittle information out of me via PM. So I send him a PM back saying I will not play favorites and all of a sudden there are all these posts by him that I’m “Rubbing it in our faces” in quite a few threads…..
Once again, I had permission from Melody to “show off”, I wasn’t going to say a thing about being gifted.
I’m not really offended by all this, but I’m not going to sit back and not defend myself…I wasn’t even going to say anything about him trying to butter me up for information, but hey, the face-rubbing comments weren’t exactly called for, one time, maybe two, ok, but not more than that.

I did a really cool technique in HS once, I had a drawing of a girl, naked in the doorway to a tile shower, holding a knife in one hand and had a cut on the other wrist which was reaching up the doorway. (teenage depression stage) She was backlit so that most of her was shadow. I used very mild black to brown/grey colors, just doing a strip of black, then a strip of brown then a strip of lighter brown, so on and so forth, kind of over lapping them. Then I took a wet pait brush and went over the loose chalky residue from the pastels, it turned out looking like an oil painting….I wish I still had it, but someone in the class stole it out of my art drawer. Sorry if none of that made sense….Anyway…
Arlla wrote:It’s so weird…these keep coming up as copyright infringement, but I swear I would never have thought “windstone” if I had seen those on my own. They don’t look anything like one to me! I understand the poses are very similar, if not directly copied, but the rest of the dragon is so different (and ugly!) I just wouldn’t make the connection.
Mel does have a copyright on the pose though. =P
None, I just gushed about how beautiful everything was and how much I couldn’t wait to buy them either on evilBay or in stores….. 🙄
What do you guys think? Should we turn this one in?
