Oh my, these are fantastic!
Especially the new Kirin. I´m totally in love with this!
I really can´t decide if I´d rather see it as PYO or production. I´d really love to paint the Kirin but it would surely look incredible when it´s painted by you, Melody 🙂I love the rainbow coloured ones (with stripes) I hope there will be LOTS of these 🙂
Do you already know when they might be hitting the store? Sometime next week or possibly much later?Happy Birthday!
Happy (super late) Birthday 🙂
I´d love one, too 🙂
Ah, hmm…lavender… We just painted a small batch of albino baby kirins,(some with blue eyes some with pink). We still have a few that haven’t been painted yet… lavender kirins… hmmmm, well, I was going to finish all of this casting batch in albino.
Maybe we’ll do the next batch in lavender.
YES!!! Albino with blue eyes! Can´t wait to get one of those to keep my pink eyed company! And I think Lavender could look extremely lovely on these little guys.
Thank you
We had a lot of fun this past month and now Purply is more than ready for his next adventure in CANADA!
I found him a Fuzzy-sized charm for Love and Luck in Japan, so he should have a very safe trip 🙂
My Foo arrived yesterday! Thank you so much, dragonmedley! I like him very much.
She made him look like tarnished brass and you really expect him to be cool metal when you touch him. Beautiful! He totally reminds me of quite a few Buddha statues I saw on my journey just recently 🙂
Fantastic photos Moonbeam! He’s seeing some really awesome places, and I chuckle over his dinosaur viewing 😀 (the volcano would have me feeling nervous!)
You’re vegetarian too I see! My last flight meal was not that impressive though ;_;Thank you! I was a bit nervous about the volcano, too, but it was really quite harmless. But the whole island is constantly covered in a fine layer of ash and that was really annoying >__<
Yesterday we safely landed back in Munich and here are some more pics 🙂
Our last few days we stayed in Tokyo and if you are there you just have to go to the Skytree, Tokyos brandnew 634 meter high TV Tower.
Looking down on this incredibly big city
Of course we had to go to a running sushi restaurant 😉 There were only very few vegetarian Sushi but it was a lot of fun!
And visited the impressive Daibutsu (great Buddha) in Kamakura
A last look outside the airplane-window on our flight from Frankfurt to Munich
I’m in absolute LOVE with my shishi! Hoooly wow. Did he ever make my day! Moonbeam painted him! I asked for my shishi to be inspired this character. He is AMAZING. At a loss for words. Thank you so much!
I´m glad that you like the little guy 🙂 Sorry I made you wait so long with my note, I thought they were not supposed to be shown before the official shipping date >_<
They are all so lovely! I´m excited to see if maybe mine has already arrived when I come home on the 20th.
The first half of our journey is already over and I finally have the possibility to upload some pics 🙂
Purply inspecting my vegetarian meal during our flight.
After a 14 1/2 hour journey we finally arrived at Osaka airport
And took the train to Kyoto.
We had a very nice japanese style hotel (Ryokan). Purply really liked the feel of the tatami on his belly
He found the Konbu-Onigiri (sadly the only vegetarian version in Japan, as far as I know) and liked it as much as I do 😉
On our trip to Denden-Town, the Osaka electronic shopping street, he took a ride on the Going Merry with Luffy and Chopper.
At the Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto he found some statues that he already knew from the factory – a foo mum and her pup.
After Kyoto we went to Kagoshima for a few days were we visited a small island called Sakurajima. There is one of Japans still active volcanos. What looks like simply a dark cloud in the background is actually an ash-cloud he is always emitting. And there were even some dinousaurs 😉
That´s it for now. I will try to post some more pictures in the next days.
Purply arrived a few days ago! First thing, of course, was a visit to my windstone corner where he chatted a long time with my mother dragon who was very happy to hear all the storys from the factory.
Next to the windstones he found some strange creatures who where nearly as fuzzy as he!
The end of September is a very special time here in Munich because then the famous “Oktoberfest” begins. Purply instisted on going there and who can deny a fuzzy anything when he looks at you with those eyes 🙂
On the way back home we visted the “Marienplatz”, the center of Munich, where he saw the “Mariensäule” and the big, old “Rathaus” (cityhall).
Back home he found the box where I keep my painting tools.
And then he helped me pack my suitcase for our big journey on wednesday! He found himself a nice spot in my Backpack and is really excited to be able to see the inside of an airplane for a chenge instead of only being there in and envelope 🙂
Next Stop: JAPAN!
I hope we will be able to post some pics during our time there. Otherwise you will get a complete report as soon as we return 😉September 27, 2012 at 6:19 am in reply to: Informal Poll: Your favorite Brown Cuttlefish Poad? #8868592,4,3 😉
I really hope there will be some more, or that someone does not like theirs and is willing to sell it for storeprice. 🙂
