Is it possible to check if one was sent to someone? My mom is sad hers hasn’t come. I didn’t submit her info this year, but she has received them for a few years now. She does use my mailing address, so maybe that it is a duplicated address?

It simply refuses to appear in the “Windstonestuff” Zazzle store for some unknown reason. I’ve tried to post it four times! Let’s see if this works.
Zazzle products are really nice but… @#%%$^%&^* !!I paint a grabbag edition of something every few months. I am not working on one right now though!
When we have a grabbag in the works I usually post in-progress pics, here or on the Facebook Windstone page.To avoid crashing the website store we have started a “waitlist” method to buy a grab bag piece. Susie will announce that a waitlist is open for people to sign up to buy a piece. The announcement will be in our newsletter, here, and on the Windstone Facebook page. When the grab bags are ready to ship, Susie will email a password to people on the waitlist allowing them to access a secret store page in our webstore.
This method is a little complicated, but it helps to keep the store from crashing!Ok! I got the calendar put together. It should appear in the “Windstonestuff” store on Zazzle sometime on Dec 8.

I assembled the calendar in my private store, so I need to redo it for sale in the “Windstonestuff” store.

I’ll try to get to that today.What if we have a production piece that has lost a crystal? I have a red fire mother dragon that has unfortunately managed to misplace one of her forehead gems and I have no idea how to go about finding one to replace it

That person works for us. The pieces are probably marked as seconds because they are ones that we gave away to the crew at Christmas. These pieces are repaired if there is something repairable, like a chip, so they are usually perfectly good-looking but are marked as seconds. They’ll have some marking on the bottom, like an “x”, or “2nd”.
The one that looks like a repaint might be a piece that someone here experimented with while learning to use the airbrushes.
Hmm…looking at the pics on eBay these do not have any “2nd” marks on the bottom, so they aren’t seconds! They are legit, but that weirdly painted one shouldn’t have escaped without somebody’s signature, or a mark if It was painted here!Heres mine! TWO fabulous foos! A Foo dad AND a matching foopuppy!
My favorite colors! The dad wears a gorgeous sparkly ornament hanging from his collar. The puppy is guarding it!!
