Mmmm, these flavors you have made sound amazing! Lavender-ginger infused vanilla sounds magical. Must try! Good luck with your ice cream eating mission. Try to resist eating yummies with it such as angel food cake or hot fudge or something evil like that. Speaking of which, I’m sitting here snacking on the one thing I shouldn’t have in front of me right now LOL Chocolate peanut butter covered pretzels from World Market! Ahhh 😀

They say that laws and sausages are things that civilians would prefer not to see made. I think I need to add ice cream to the list. Now that I’ve assembled the product myself, I believe that stupid label when it says “170 calories in a 1/2 cup”!!! Didn’t stop me from using the rest of the base I’d made to prepare another batch of ice cream. Organic strawberry!
😆 I got way too carried away with making several batches of the base to try making different flavors (lavender-ginger infused vanilla ftw), and totally forgot my sister and I are leaving for San Francisco tonight. Now our mission, should we choose to accept it (we will), is to eat 2 quarts of ice cream before we leave…homemade ice cream doesn’t keep quite the same in the freezer. Oops.
Ahhh… I love those days. 😀

There’s a chain in the Midwest called Sheridan’s. Their specialty is frozen custard, with the most exquisitely delicious mixins evaaar! It’s totally addicting. I usually get the chocolate concrete, with hot fudge, marshmallow cream and crushed graham cracker. It’s probably a good thing I don’t have a frozen custard maker. Mmmmmmm NOM NOM NOM! 😛
