I almost had the complete collection in peacock, but I was limited to what the store in the mall sold. They didn’t always get every sculpt in the same color. However, I didn’t like every sculpt that I did buy. I was just buying them to be complete. Now I would rather have only the sculpts I like, in colors I like. I’m not going to go buy emperor dragons, and I won’t go buying anything in darker colors… Though some of that has to do with my failing vision. I’m having a hard time seeing dark things now. My remaining two peacocks are displayed by the window so I can actually see their colors.

Well holy crap! Would you look at this Male dragon!!! He’s going to make someone very happy…and be the envy of many! Gorgeous work, Gina! I checked the couch this morning for change, and the back yard for a money tree … negative to both of those DAMMMM YOU KICKSTARTERRRRRRR (In my best He-Man impersonation)
I put a minimum bid on it just to support this color, if that has any influence on what gets a production run, even if it’s limited production

I went over all of it today, going to give a few days to get nice and dry. The white washcloth I was using to dab the brush, before getting fresh water, ended up covered in lots of brown spots. Would that be cigarette smoke residue? The statue doesn’t have an odor, but maybe it has gone away.

While looking for other photos, Google showed me one that looked just like this em-pea! On a website for a store selling Windstones. I guess it was an older production piece. Maybe that store still has them in this color for sale. The “last updated” footer on the page was marked as a month and a half ago.

I got this one recently. It came in an emerald peacock box, and was sold as such, but it doesn’t look like the pictures in the store here. Mine has purple on it. The store pictures don’t show purple, but a lot more green. Could it be an earlier version emerald peacock?

I put it off and said “no, no” for weeks, but then I finally decided to get a white male dragon off eBay. I thought this weekend that if I was thinking about it so much, I should just get one. It arrived today… broken. Really broken. It was packed so badly, just one layer of bubble wrap, loosely floating around in the box. I feel stupid for buying it, and not off of here.

You already do so much, Melody, but with a Twitch you would just need to set up a good video station and then do your normal work of painting, sculpting, sketching, and so on.
but… wouldn’t that be really boring?
You’d think it would be boring watching other people play video games for hours on end, yet people do it all the time… and pay money to do so. One small gaming site I use tried using Twitch for a few hours to show how they do programming and design for their site. It sounds like dry material, but was popular enough for them to run about ten sessions of this spread out over half a year.
You don’t have to have the Twitch running for hours every day. You can say it will be on for 3 hours, starting at X time on Y day. Just schedule them weeks ahead of time and promote it.
