You can use masking fluid to cover the horn. It comes right off… or at least for the ki-rin it does. I have yet to paint a unicorn. But they are both made from the same thing, so I don’t see why it wouldn’t work as well.
That rainbow is turning out gorgeous. Wow. If only I had the money, I commission you at the drop of a dime!

He is jade, he’s one of the rare ones painted the wrong shade of green. Translation, he’s rarer than rare. And if I remember right, he was the price for a paint job from Nambroth.

Tonight my friend and I went to the mall to check out the one store that we called last week about Windstones. We promised we wouldn’t buy anything – just window shop, but I ended up walking away with a Peacock Cat Wizard and he walked away with a Rainbow Male (the store had the whole main rainbow family). I couldn’t resist!
The guy said that the cat had been sitting in his case for two years and just today two people asked about him. He was the super low price of $169.95 (I was expecting way more for a retired!) and he even gave me a 10% discount (gave my friend one too just because, even though the male was in perfect condition) because the arm had been broken and reglued… but I couldn’t tell until he pointed it out to me. Whoever fixed him did it flawlessly. In the end I paid an awesome $165 for him 😀
Man I’m pleased. I really wanted one of these guys but knew I wouldn’t ever get one. What luck! He had the original boxes too (all hang tags were still on them too).
Not only that, the guy asked me what I would like to have him order next! I said “Black Golds!” and he said “Well, we have the… oh but you already have the black gold lap, don’t you?” xD
He was super nice, so I’ll be back for sure. And his prices were good too 🙂 He was funny too. When he was boxing up the Male, the box wasn’t opening and my friend was all “No, he doesn’t want to go home! He wants to stay in the case! Please put me back~” and the guy was all “Well, we’re taking him away from his lady, but he’ll have to just deal!” my friend, of course says “Well she can just stay there :p”
…now I can’t spend anything for the rest of the month. Seriously. Other than gas for my truck. SPECIALLY because the Anime Expo is two weeks away.I got my swap today! An awesome surprise coming home from work 😀

LIH didn’t mean it was a copyright violation… she said that because the guy said something along the lines of “I think this is a very rare piece because I can’t find pictures of it anywhere” and yet he’s using a picture that he found on the internet in his listing.
Rusti, did you mention how he flat out lied? “I can’t find pictures of it anywhere” where LIH proved that to be a lie? If he denys that… 🙄

I so don’t have the extra money.. really I don’t… but I want a bat winged cat. I’d like him if no one else has claimed him!I’m kind of at a lose for words. I’m kind of insulted about the peacock dragon thing. I’m a prime example… I don’t fancy all the gargoyles THAT’S MY TASTES AS OTHERS, but I do like the peacock coloration 100% more than the whites, greens or browns. So… yeah… I’d pay 125 for a peacock dragon but not 100 for this gargoyle. It’s called personal tastes, buddy.
TF should note the guy back. What a jerk >/ And he expects to sell things when being that way?
