My friends at work know that I have all sorts of critters. I told some of them that I ordered a POAD. That it was a cross between a Parrot and a Toad. They asked if the POAD was real….and of course I told them that the POAD was completely real and I would bring it to work when it came in….

Actually, I thought of that already, my chick happens to have some smokey grey shades on his back and tail….
Of course the PYO by Purplecat will prove she is a faithful momma….because he is the perfect child of the two….
(Are we sick…or are we just so obsessed we need to make up these elaborate stories….I don’t know, but it is fun…)

The kittens are all available for adoption…and momma cat…all the dogs are either old or have some kind of issue that makes them not adoptable…like biting, trying to kill cats…the list goes on.
They are well supervised and therefore get along as long as a human is in charge. The dogs have a huge yard and the cats are either caged or put in certain restricted areas of the house….
We manage….it’s a lot of work…and sometimes overwhelming….but none of them deserved to be in the position they were in and I can’t stomach sending something to our shelter here. Nothing from there lives…either sickness or the gas chamber…shudder…
I am looking at getting incorporated as a not for profit rescue of my own….

Well, I believe in my heart that there is a special place in hell (or some other kind of eternal torture) for people who do harm to animals.
I have 24 animals in my home currently and all but 5 or so are rescues. Makes me sick!!!!
