Please visit My Webpage to see my art and PYO's that I've done in the past!I’ve never used a medium with my paints. I find that having a bit of water on your brush is just fine to “thin” out some of the paint, though I never use water to directly mix into the paints.
I would recommend checking out Golden Retarder – using some of this in your paint thins them out a bit, and also makes acrylics last a bit longer (their drying time is extended). If you’re like me and think you may put your paints away for a day or two before continuing work on a PYO, retarders will be your best friend!

This is my first Kitsune! I have been having trouble concentrating on painting recently, and when I get in that kind of rut I tend to paint something that I feel like painting and it tends to break me out of that 🙂 This guy is the result! He is painted in my “Luna” scheme, and has little interference blue stars on his tails 🙂

I got this gorgeous Red Fox for Christmas and I am floored by how much I love him! I now have three Red Foxes and although I am not sure I can keep them all, I have no idea which one I would cut either!

I was actually just reading about earthships maybe a week ago and I was fascinated by how these structures are made using recycled material and in the end look like high class, gorgeous homes. My favorite image was of someone’s wall that had been stippled with different colored bottles – they acted like tiny stained glass windows and cast this beautiful light. What an awesome calling, I’m so happy for you! 😀

Please visit My Webpage to see my art and PYO's that I've done in the past!I just finished this phoenix commission and although I’d love to get some outdoor pics of him, the weather around here has been pretty poor lately, and he needs to fly to his new owner so these will have to do!
I painted him in the colors of a traditional phoenix, and he sits on a rock of lava-fissured obsidian. He has metallic gold eyes from Tohickon Glass. I named him simply, “Fire”.
