Last Friday (Feb. 18) when I saw there was an Announcement from Melody I got all excited thinking it was announcing the February raffle. Alas, no announcement yet [not that I am waiting impatiently or anything].

Interesting – thank you very much! 🙂 I had not realized that different colored wings would have such an effect.
February 20, 2011 at 3:12 am in reply to: Windstone eBay AUCTIONS – March 7, pg 25 NEW THREAD #837320There seems to have been a Sand Male Dragon test paint on ebay back in 2008 but that was WAY before my time on the forum. Does anybody remember him? Did he also have the blue wings?
Not I. Though that doesn’t mean I would refuse to buy a Sand Rising Spectral. 😳
Is there as much enthusiasm for the “Sand” young dragon as there is for the “Sand” male dragon?
Gin and tonic, but is that considered a cocktail?
I also am looking forward to seeing it, though when I first saw “palominto” I thought it meant “palomino + pinto”. I never even thought of green! 😕
Does Swarovsky [or however you spell it] make crystal eggs? Or, I believe a few special pieces have had silver color eggs rather than gold.

Maybe… sand is a color I always wanted to paint these, it was what I had originally been trying to get with the first “brown” dragons. (That color drifted into orange, but the very first ones were more sand colored).
I need to decide which color to do next as a lp -Serpentine or Sand ? I like both.
But you should wait till you see the “Chocolate cake” one before you decide. It is interesting. Why does it have to be LP? Can Sand become a production color? It doesn’t look too complicated for production painting. 😕
I LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUV THIS DRAGON ^^ want more want more want more!
Chocolate cake sounds mmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmm good ^^
Chocolate is beautiful – or at least the “Chocolate Rain” male is … 8)

Jennifer wrote:Ugh! I am so disappointed. My favorite site, specialteas, got bought out by teavana and they don’t carry anything that I want. Does anyone know of a good place to get rooibos that isn’t blended with anything?
I haven’t tried it, but Simpson and Vail http://www.svtea.com has plain rooibos. I have liked other things I got from them.
Very special – I love the green highlights. Congratulations!
I think the previews are great.
February 11, 2011 at 6:13 pm in reply to: Windstone eBay AUCTIONS – March 7, pg 25 NEW THREAD #837237I wanted to compare the Palomino curlie with the Siamese Cat Curled Dragon from last summer, but the Siamese photo is gone. If I recall correctly, they are quite similar. I think either color scheme would be very popular.
Silver with Lavender Eyes, Gold, and Pink. 🙂
