its been driving me nuts that it seems everyone has seen it except me 😥 although, maybe its a good thing that i haven’t… i’m an obsessive type, heheJanuary 4, 2010 at 12:29 am in reply to: Prices lowered on Wolf Color Sitting Chick, Bat – Pg. 1 #798556hooray! thanks sooooooo much, i can’t wait to see it!! 😀

😀 doing happy dance! wow, really? that would be so cooooool…
any sort of cat really. i collect cat stuff, especially ones with wings (thats why most of my windstones are flap cats, hehe). but i also love the big cats too… hmm… okay, didn’t think was going to be such a hard question! how about whatever inspires you and i’ll buy it 😀went to bed early 😳
hmm… for me, the weight loss and debt-free items were accomplished last year 😀 so this year just a few:
1. draw/paint more (goal is to do something everyday, even with a toddler around!)
2. get my design business off the ground
3. be happy
4. buy art (windstones mostly 🙂 )that’s it. not really asking much of myself this year, but just keeping my sanity will be tough enough!

but then you’d have to feed him… take care of him… oh the vet bills… yeah, i’d just go for the sculpture 😀
just don’t mind the burnt pine nuts… 😳
So, I made the stuffed pasta last night. AMAZING! I’ve never really tried substituting tofu for ricotta before, so this was quite exciting. I left them in the broiler a moment too long, but other than that they came out perfectly. My husband loved them so much that he ate them for lunch and dinner again today. I am definitely putting this into my recipe notebook. I’m thinking that I may try experimenting with the tofu and try to make a vegan lasagna…. oh, how I’ve missed lasagna. Thank you again, MG!!
Here’s a pic….
congratulations! how lucky! 😀
for some reason, horse skulls creep me out… but Vortex is cool in its own creepy sort of way. 🙂
thanks so much MG for posting the recipe! that sounds absolutely delicious and will make it tomorrow night!
i have a pretty good selection of vegan cookbooks… in my opinion the best (and most used) is Veganomicon http://www.amazon.com/Veganomicon-Ultimate-Isa-Chandra-Moskowitz/dp/156924264X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1262286017&sr=8-1
i’ve also found a lot of VERY good recipes in Vegetarian Times magazine. though my stack of unread magazines are piling up on the coffee table and have yet to go through anything recent.
again, thanks for the recipe, I can’t wait to try it!

thanks MG!
LadyFirebird wrote:I remember years back taking a cooking lesson at this health food store and we made stragnoff without the beef or any dairy products. Used tempeh and I forgot what we used instead of the sour cream, but it was good! I misplaced those receipes though but if I find them soon, I’ll post it!
now that sounds interesting… i have to say that sometimes veganized traditional dishes can end up kind of weird, but i made a red and white bean jambalaya a while back with seitan and wow, it was amazing! on the other hand, “fakin’ bacon” strips… yeah, not so much. :nea:
you are so talented! i love the colors in the two Gypsy ones. great work!
