They probably will be painted in production or LP patterns, not as Grab Bags: “I’m gonna paint another batch of tadpoads. Bengal or Snowy…or both.”
I don’t know what pattern Snowy is (possibly colored like the new large wizards winter color?), but Bengal tadpoads sound adorable.
My lady got here today. She’s a bird winged girl done in purples, blues, and greens. There’s a large expanse of emerald across her backside, and the wings are edged in silver (two of my favorite colors). She wasn’t on my list of favorites, but I can’t believe how much I love her.
From the sounds of it none of my favorites have shown up. The one drag0nfeathers got was one of my second favorites. I hope mine get’s here next week, shipping to Canada doesn’t seem to have slowed down yet.
I fill out my e-mail first and then check the face book page to see if I’m right. The only one I had to change was the answer to the third question. I don’t think it’s really cheating if the answer is offered to all contestants, but I do like to try and do it myself first.
I cannot believe there are still more than 10 in the store!! Wow…..
Is there ever a time where they remain long enough that the limit is lifted and we could purchase another? I’m not sure I could find it feasible for my budget, but just curious to know…
I second this question. I keep checking everyday and wondering if I should talk my brother into ordering another one for me, and then just pay him back. So far I’ve managed to stop myself, but if you dropped the limit 1 per customer I would definitely grab another one :). You can never have to may poads right? 🙂
And I’m done my Christmas shopping already, so I’d just have to make it through December without food. 😀 I think I can do that.Cool. 🙂 This sounds fun, I’ve never entered a quest before (I’m not very creative and don’t have a lot of free time on my hands.) I was so sure these were going to go incredibly fast. I was at work when I got the e-mail notice and spent the next hour and a half running back to the computer to check if they had been listed yet. Guess I didn’t have to worry so much. At least my boss is a good sport, she just laughed at me every time I went to the office to check the website. Can’t wait ’til it gets here, the only one I don’t really like is the koi pond (not my favourite shade of blue).
These are all so beautiful. 🙂 I can’t see a single one I wouldn’t love to have. I wonder what the price point will be?

Pewter is, by far, the easiest metal to produce the horns with and some other metals, like aluminum, are hard to plate as well. We have simply had other priorities, but we did finally set up our casting equipment again and cast some small batches of horns. They still have to be finished and plated, so don’t expect much of anything until after Christmas.

I hope these are out before Christmas. I just got my Autumn Cat wizard and I think a white one would look very nice next to him. 😛

Luckily I managed to buy Dixie. She arrived today so I took some photos. I am so impressed by her colour and detail! She is amazing, thank you Melody for the adorable sketch too!She is my first FlapCat purchase and I’m thrilled 😀
