Yay! I got one! These are AMAZING! Thank you so much, Melody and Windstone!
As a plus, they were exactly the price I guessed! Yippee!
Whew! I am so thankful I like Jaguar #1 better than the second! Not to say that #2 is not beautiful…he surely is…but there are several things I like better on the blue-eyed/silver horned one. Whew! So glad I’m not regretting that win after #2 was posted. 😉
*Bump* Here I go again with the autumn leaf craze. Might you consider painting some LP store dragons (fledgies) like this beautiful ki-rin, maybe around fall of this year? 😀 The colors are just amazing and I adore those green eyes. If I could get a dragon painted like this ki-rin, I would be in Windstone collector heaven.
This KiRin is drop dead drool-worthy. Whatever that means, she is it!
I could only dream of this on an Oriental dragon…..WOW! ***SQUEAK***
Okay, really, I do NOT like pink. Just not my color! BUT, these dragons are very beautiful! Understated and elegant….very, very pretty! Great job with making pink palatable for me. 😉
These recent “Sooty” colors are wonderful!! Great job, Melody! 😀
Happy Birthday! Hope your day is fantastic and all your dreams come true! 😀
Thanks for being happy for me, everyone. 🙂 I figured if I let him go by I would pine after him forever….so it was a “now or never” kind of bid. Until Melody paints Jaguar #2, #3…..lol….. 😉
If I hadn’t won him he would have remained the only one forever…..like that gorgeous Bengal OW…..sigh…..

Well, I was high bidder on this beautiful guy for awhile. -laughs- But not for a couple days now. Ah well, got a bit too high for my taste. I wonder how high he’ll go in the last few hours…. Just because of how much a love him, I hope it’s a lot higher (Windstone deserves to get a lot for him!). Ha ha!
Hands off…..he’s mine! 😀 I will share pictures, though! I think this will be a “to the grave” piece….
May 6, 2015 at 6:00 am in reply to: What Are Your Current Top 10 Favorite Windstone Test Paints? #928858Hmmmmmmm…..been thinking…..there are SO MANY to pick from….but I tried to pick ones where more than one piece was done.
1. Jaguar, Bengal, Tiger, Leopard….Big cat schemes!
2. Tattoo
3. Barn Swallow
4. Autumn Leaf Pumpkin (especially the Little Rock dragons done like this)
5. Koi schemes
6. African Wild Hunting Dog
7. Black Autumn
8. Spring Copper
9. Diablo
10. Shimmering EmbersThank you so much! I’ve had my snipe set since I saw him….and just kept bumping it up…..even so I thought for sure I would be outbid! I haven’t wanted a piece this badly for a long, long time….
Happy birthday!
Happy birthday! Hope it was a wonderful day!
The sitting baby was from ebay about three and a half years ago, the father is older than that (I was able to pick him up second hand from another forum member’s estate a couple years ago), the mother was from a batch of silver koi mothers done last fall, and the standing baby was straight from the store this grab bag. 🙂
What a lucky grab, Kiya! They look amazing as a family! 🙂
