  • in reply to: What's Left to Sell-new pix, a new PYO #677099

This is I think all that’s left to sell. I did forget to get pix of a couple, but they are listed anyway. Prices don’t include shipping. I am open to offers on some of these guys, and the only thing I’d trade for is curls (can’t resist those little guys haha). If you have a Fed Ex account, I can drop these off at a Fex Ex drop place, BUT it can take as much as a week, since we only have one car.

Mama Dragon- peacock. has a couple chips. $45
mama dragon-I started to repaint her because her original paintjob was really chipped and damaged. All of the damage was repaired with epoxy $45

Curl-pink, as box and tag. I haven’t had this one that long. I don’t know if she’s “bright” pink, or “dark” pink. I had a picture, but I think it got deleted. $65

Father Dragon-peacock. older darker coloring from what I understand. $65

Young Dragon- has some small chips $40

Coiled Peacock Male-has hang tag. I *might* still have his box, but no promises. $125

Old Warrior-very badly chipped wing in the back. Not noticable on the shelf. Has some other small chips. $250

    PYO Wolf-really nice, by Patricia Madason(sp?) $100

The HP-c and Eclipse are on hold. Thanks!

in reply to: For Sale- will consider offers #668179

Because I want them to go “fast”, the keepers offers will end tonight at midnight (eastern).

Current offer on the little purple fella is $40.

I’m flattered everyone is so interested in these guys, thanks!!

This may not be quite where this belong, feel free to move it monitors!

I have 3 nice Iwata airbrushes for sale. These all came in a lot that I bought a while ago. Since I generally only use my personal couple, these ones have just been sitting. All prices are postage paid. They all have needles.

Iwata HP-B- I did use this brush a little when I first got it, and it seems to work fine. That was 6-8 months ago, but I don’t remember anything really sticking out that I didn’t care for except that the cup was too small. It is a gravity feed. I do NOT have the front tip, or the back piece that protects the needle. I did clean it this morning, I soaked it overnight in my airbrush cleaner, then throughly rinsed it. It worked well with the “water on wrist” test. $50

Iwata Elcipse HP-BC8- I haven’t used this brush because I have another one of the exact same thing that I use. I did soak this brush overnight in my airbrush cleaner, then throughly rinsed it. Whoever had it before didn’t take very good care of it. However, it now functions just as well as my other one. It does NOT have the front tip. It does have a cup, and is gravity feed. This is a nice good basic airbrush, I know a lot of folks who use it for basecoating, and if you practice, you can do dapples and whatnots with it. $80

Iwata HP-C- this one comes with it’s box and instructions. I didn’t soak this one because I completely forgot I had it (see what happens when you keep things in their boxes haha!). I haven’t used this brush at all because I have one just like it that I use. Since I haven’t tested it, I’m selling it “as is”. The body is very nice, it does look like whoever had it used it very little. It is gravity feed. I use my brush (same as this one) to do stablemate dapples, and things of that nature. Very nice refined brush. $95

Here’s pix of a few. I totally forgot, I have these two unicorns too. They are “as is”. I started them a while ago, and never finished them. The palomino needs more work than the other. $45 each obo.

I think I got everyone replied to 😀

Current offer on each Keeper is $40 each. I don’t expect much more for them, and they are 1/2 of a tree almost haha!!

And, thank you everyone for the thoughful tree notes. I am so excited that they might be getting cut down (we could have a LAWN, and a garden, and a place for Chloe to play! Right now we have shade and mud, and they are tearing up our house).

in reply to: For Sale- will consider offers #668172

Some random guy stopped by the house today, and offered to cut down our trees for like oober cheap. I’m getting references on him, but I’m SO excited because these trees are growing into our house, our pipes, all that, and so I am looking to sell these guys asap, make an offer if you want. I’m working on pix.

Coil Dragon-peacock, mint. $100 I think I have his box.
    Curl-pink, with box $65
Silver Curl with blue eyes- with box SOLD
    Male-peacock, excellent $60
    Young-peacock, has some chips $45
Mama-peacock, I have to double check but I think she’s chip free $60

PYO Keeper-broken horn, I think he’s got a few small chips here and there. SOLD

PYO Keeper- I airbrushed him brown, his eyes I don’t remember the color of. They are covered, as are teh crystals. SOLD

PYO Dragon- I painted him brown, and he has purple over top of that. I started the black trim. I don’t remember his eyes or crystal color. SOLD

I am going to keep looking around and see if I have any others. I think that’s about it.

in reply to: Antiquing Gel? #658833

I found a bottle in a box of paints I bought about 6 months ago or so (during yard sale season). But i have to wonder if it’s the right stuff?? It’s brown, and THICK. I did try some, and on white, it’s really nice, but on other colors, you can’t even hardly see it. I’m still going to just order some as I want to do colors other than white, but I’m just wondering if this seams like what the consistency of the paints will be once gel is added.

in reply to: Antiquing Gel? #658829

You guys are great. I have a couple PM’s about mailing me some too 😀

I will try the link provided first in the morning, ordered 3 bottles but don’t have my visa handy (so spoiled with paypal). So when it gets here, i’m sure I’ll be posting “what did I do wrong” threads 😯 hee hee.

in reply to: Antiquing Gel? #658825

I have been to JoAnne’s, and Walmart, and they don’t carry any kind of antiquing gel. Car issues keep me from getting much farther from the house, so I suppose the question now becomes, anyone know where I could find some online? I looked on ebay, and only found varish stains. Or, anyone wanna mail some *wink* Thanks. I’d really love to try it, just can’t seem to get my paws on it. There is a slim chance next week I’ll be near another craft store, and I’ll look there but I want to find somewhere non-car-reliable. Since my car isn’t reliable hee hee.

in reply to: Ice Chocolate & S'mores on ebay! #658429

I like them both a lot, being a wolf fan I like Smores more, but they are both really slick. Nice job! 😀

in reply to: Morning Glorry Keeper for offers #658688

Love him. You did a fantastic job on him 😀
