I am also out of the news loop, as I am a forum newbie… but girl, you definitely have my support!
My sister just filed for separation and is going for full custody. It’s a mess, but she feels so much freer now that she has her life back and is no longer stuck in that situation. People who manipulate and threaten like that are worst than dirt. Now I am all fired up! 😡
Hang in there if you can, get out sooner if you must. And many hugs from me!!!

Ain’t that the truth! And I, too, want to see pics! 😀
😮
I wonder… if I leave it on the counter, will it kill bugs??
The food industries are horrible. If you love cereal, don’t read this.
http://muddybootsblog.blogspot.com/2009/04/case-against-breakfast-cereals.htmlMan, I’ve been posting some depressing stuff lately… 😳
Yep, I just had some ebay “weirdness” happen, too. I was bidding on an item that had a reserve price. I put in my maximum I was willing to pay and met the reserve. No one had touched the auction until the last hour when someone bid just 4.50 over the reserve price. Hmmm… they knew I met the reserve, yet they were only going to bid an extra $4.00. I call that “testing the waters”. Well, now the item is theirs because I had only met the reserve by $2.00! 😛 I wasn’t getting into a bidding war; I had put my maximum and walked away. I let the item go.
I got an e-mail saying I was highest bidder… because the other person tried to retract their bid, but couldn’t before time had run out. The retraction officially occured after the auction was over. I was offered the item as a BIN (reserve + the $2.00). Had I engaged in a bidding war, I’m pretty sure the BIN price would have been much much higher.
I went ahead and bought it, but I was very tempted to decline and to see what it would have been relisted for. Bid retractions, even if they are legit, always make me leary… especially for a mere 4 bucks.
Actually, that’s very good to know! I’ve never used the scented kind. I just figured a scented bleach product would smell absolutely awful. In my mind, you can’t cover the strong scent of bleach. I just couldn’t buy anything that I thought would smell like bleach with the scent of roses on top! :puke:
I wish I could remember the brand. If they wouldn’t dilute it or make cheap products, then maybe they wouldn’t have to state something so obvious. I try to keep myself informed about the products I buy… I hate marketing… 🙄 😡 :negative: (how many icons can I put here! LOL!) 😆
Another pet-peeve of mine is when boxes advertise – 0g Trans Fats! Zero grams PER SERVING is not the same as trans fat free! Sly dogs… 👿
My husband absolutely HATES going to the store with me. 😈 😀
Marketing… omg… How about a bottle of bleach with the words ANTI-BACTERIAL BLEACH plastered across it? Really!? Well, I would have never of guessed they made that. Thanks for the heads up that all the other bottles of bleach I have been buying are just the “regular” kind. 😈
I don’t think I ever rolled my eyes that far back before. 😆
A friend sent me another link to share. 😀

This one is a little more pricey, but man, it’s STUNNING! 😮
Either way would work for me. 🙂
oooh, pretty… that’s a nice one!
Congrats!!
I see someone already snapped it up! 😮 😀
You could use a random generator. Just issue everyone a number, and the number picked first could be the winner.
Could work, maybe? 😳
pm’d you 😀
Actually, I am interested, but I’m a bit broke at the moment. 😳
