I’m really sorry for your loss. I am glad you were able to see to it that she had a wonderful last day of life. Gosh, I’m tearing up just reading what you wrote ;-;
I hope the shock and sadness will fade eventually and you’ll be able to just remember the good times.

I know what you mean about not being able to believe she won’t be there anymore. I lost my baby on Christmas day, and I still can’t believe she’s gone…I go looking for her and then remember that I won’t be finding her…
There’s probably not much I can say to make you feel better, but just remember that she won’t be suffering anymore. That’s about all you can do.
Again, sorry for your impending loss, and certainly have a flap cat done in her likeness. I think that would be a lovely memorial.
CANNOT WAIT FOR THE NEW KI-RIN!! I want to add another little one to my ki-rin family so badly. My momma and daddy just have the one baby (they’re all production color) so having a 4th will be nice. A shelf seems so empty with just 3 on it 😉
Also super jazzed for the new unicorn colt (I still need to catch up on the old ones and get a young, eek >.> )
I’m curious as well. Has there been any more progress on the new unicorn or young ki-rin that we saw mold-making pictures of a while back? I’m dying of curiosity! >.<
If a foo pup is a Foop, and a foo mom is a Foom, what is the male? Probably not a Food [foo dad], so is he a Foof [foo father]? 🙂

Oh, and since you’re here, thanks again for being so awesome and painting my beautiful amethyst mist emperor I get to enjoy looking at every weekend when I’m home (or pics on my comp when I miss him, lol)
Yeah, that’s exactly what I had in mind.
Sticky title could be something like, “Grab Bag Photo Threads” and then inside the actual sticky it could just have a list of links, like “DATE Candycorns” “DATE Safari” etc, so like descriptive titles, but then hyperlinked to the threads.
They could probably be organized either in date order, or by category (e.g. baby unis, young unis, young poads, pebble wolves, etc.)
I wouldn’t mind an amethyst hatcher 🙂
Oh, and I’m absolutely not trying to insult your vision or talent (I couldn’t make a decent sculpture to save my life) but do you think the new kyrin could have bigger eyes? I feel like the baby and mom (especially) have huge eyes, and that’s one of the many things I’ve always loved about them. Makes them sooooooooooooo cute. Even the dad has pretty big ones, the ones on this one seem proportionally smaller to me. Just a thought. Again, totally up to you, but I love big eyes, what can I say?
