I am watching…but I am sure it will soon fly from my range. I am hoping Melody does an emerald-peacock Oriental or something to re-release the trio.

I’ve been debating this for a while and thought to get a feel for what you guys think about this. I am planning, instead of doing an elemental series of KiRins or dragons like I originally planned, to do a set of siamese-point Blue-eyed PYOs. Basically, they would all be a pearlesque white/creamy color with brown highlights like siamese cats, done on all currently released Windstone PYOs (Griffin, Winged Wolf, Small Dragon, and KiRin). While I have one finished I don’t want to show it until I do a set, if I go through with this.
My idea, instead of painting a set to split up one by one on EBAY, or forcing any one person to pay a whole lot of money in one go for the set, was to offer Raffle Tickets. I actually have a roll of Red Tickets I use for convention raffles I hold, so while I wouldn’t be shipping them out to people…as I got offers for tickets, I would put everyone’s name on their ticket(s), then draw the winner.
I guess my only qualm would be how much a ticket would cost (wouldn’t want to loose the initial $120 or so it would take to buy the sculpts), and if it’s legal for me to do this, or strikes any nerves with folks as a bad thing. This would almost only be open to forum members too, so I don’t know if there’s that much interest, or interest in the color scheme chosen. I’m just trying to get a feel right now.
What do you guys think? Like the idea? The PYOs used? The colors? If you don’t like the idea or there’s a problem with this, you can PM me your reply.
Those spot patterns will be the hardest, but they look so…funky, you’re right. I need to find the specied name for this so I can look up other refs.
That is some frog! I think it’s doable on a dragon…I’ll make a note of it for you. It’ll be fun to paint in metallics.

Can’t wait! Now to decide on colors. The front will probably be a paint horse.

If Budweiser ever made a DVD of all of their commercials from the Super Bowls of the past decade I’d so buy it. I love the Clydsdales playing football and having the snowball fight. Did you guys ever go on-line and see the banned Budweiser commercial of the Lizards electrocuting the Bud-Weis-Er frogs? That one was pretty nasty, but in general their commercials are always the best.Overall this year the commercials were way better than last year. The machine one was so distubingly sad and then…just disturbing in the end. The end didn’t justify the ad. It was like saying be afraid because one day you’ll have no purpose.
WC, you’d like a dragon sculpt then, in purple and green? Kinda colorful like a poison dart frog dragon? Oooh, that makes me think blue and black…let me know.
Ok Everyone, here is my list of names for the trades. You can still be added if you want to! Now, these trades will be spread out over time, and I will try to go down the list in a straight line for what colors and sculpts you guys want but sometimes my naked critters demand certain things. I’ll contact you and see what color combos you all want.
