Ok. This may sound like I’m 10 years old, but I would like to be a unicorn.
*Bump*
It appears mine have the silver too. It is definitely not like the gold on the newer curls.

So here’s this question – if the mother and the chicks were all limited editions… is that the same case for the male as well? One of these days I’ll be all up to speed on this stuff 🙄
The pearl family were all limited productions (not limited editions). I am only guessing here, but I think after the pearl males are sold out that they will not be produced again (seeing that they won’t have the mother or chicks available). I own the family and I really like them. If you can get the mom on ebay close to the issue price of $230 I don’t think you will disappointed.

Yes, I believe there has only been one batch (so far). It also brings up the question if they will be discontinued, since Melody mentioned that they were trying to limit the amount of signed sculps.
I’ve never seen one of these before, a live auction.
Apparently there is a registration process and a 18% premium to the buyer. This should be interesting.
Along a similar line, why are some glossy and some are matte finished?? I like the gloss finish, but it seems really inconsistent.
Links please!
I’m also looking for the lighter/rainbow peacock oriental dragon like Rusti, and the unicorn gargoyle. Thanks for keeping a look out for us. 😉
Very nice! I love yellow! That dragon is so sunny and bright looking. Well named as well!
What do you charge for a unicorn commission? I really can’t afford anything right now, but possibly in the future.

True, but I still like the orange eyes better.

Violet Flame Fledglings should appear soon, too. After reading your comments in the store I take it that the original russet curlies are long gone and retired?
If so, was it the shortest run on record for Windstone? They only came out last October/November (I think). Yup. They were just test paints, really, I don’t know if they count!
Sweet! (That they were test paints.) 🙂 Yes, I think they count!
I look forward to seeing what the new flames look like.
Grrr! I would be mad too! Make sure the doctor’s office doesn’t play around getting the refund to you. I think they should write you a check immediately or if they need to “double check” things then a week at most. Just don’t let them drag you around for week after week with no $$. If they do start playing games, go through your insurance and let them be your advocates. If that doesn’t work, there is always legal cousel. Most lawyers will write a letter for you for $20-50 and that is usually enough to get the ball rolling.
I wish you the best of luck and keep us posted.

July 6, 2007 at 4:00 pm in reply to: Wanted, white scratcher – will trade PYO or buy outright #592279Very tempting, but I would want to get a production piece painted by you, not a PYO. 🙁
Let us know if you can trade for something like that!
