I want one of each of the PYO Dragons…but I can’t even decide what color to commission them in…of course there’s no painting them myself..I’ve been completely ruined by Jennifer’s pics in the gallery… 😀

Really I can’t figure it out myself…limited production could mean there will be no more..but since Windstone decides just how limited it is..it could be possible to see a restock….at least I hope so 😉

It took over a year of saving..but my Old Warrior came in today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought he wasn’t due until tommorow…but OW or not he must still have a lot of strength of those beautiful wings… 😀

I can’t get over how big he is compared to my previous pieces…and the Red Fire color..is breathtaking. The look of him..he doesn’t have to fight..he is just lord of his domain… 😀 The detail showing up in this paint job is also superb..you can see every scratch and ding..which is a good thing in this case.. 😉 even his horn have battle damage…a superb job overall..thanks so much Melody for making him !!!

If the SK comes out in this color..I’m in trouble… :shout:

Unless Melody has a Male version of an SK in mind sometime the road..lol I know..looking a bit too far down the road…eh ? But still…those little Emperors wouldn’t have much chance with an SK…from my perspective.. 😀

If I mangae to get enough for tax returns and maybe some more this October I MIGHT be able to get an SK…I have no patience really though…for a Dragon. 😉

After a couple weeks of waiting ( Windstone sent the wrong Dragon to Cindy over at Magical Omaha last week so he had to be re-ordered..lol ) I recived notice UPS should have my Red Fire Old Warrior here by Friday !! 😀

I have no clue where he’s going yet..( Rayne doesn’t seem happy about sharing her ledge..lol ) but maybe all those shades of Red will convince her… 😉

I think the ones from Windstone on ebay are “artist Ed.” and the others that were in the store are going for higher than store price since there are zero in stock at the moment and no idea when there will be more.
The ones in the store go for $50.00 and sell FAST since they usually don’t make a lot to begin with. Mainly the new “odd ball” colors like the blue and lavender and pink. The gold, black gold and such are production colors.

If they were all rare..I guess that could explain it…I mean I finally saw a size comparison and they are tiny little guys..for around 20.00 more I could get a Fledgie..lol I don’t know just seemed odd to me.

You know..I never noticed the OW doesn’t have a jewel..l 😕

Maybe when Melody’s Dragons get so old they absorb their jewel..or after they have reproduced it’s lost ?

If you can’t tell I’d love a story or history to go along with each piece… 😉

The SK might be just too large to be an Empress…since it doesn’t fit with the Emperor..unless it’s a really old one..then we’d need a male about the same size. Either way..a new Dragon or Dragons is called for ! 😀

I don’t have a Kinglet or a Fledgling yet..but I planned to add them all to the same nest..I figured they all belonged there. I guess a simple explanation would be there is a lot of variety in one batch of eggs..but that’s not nearly as fun..eh ?
