Ok, here are a couple more update photos on the Uni…I got as far as the mountains, which I am still looking into an even lighter highlight color in areas…No snow though. Glen asked where the snow was. Bless his heart. Then he said, “OH!!! Like the jagged ones in Colorado huh?” I smiled. He doesn’t persue art, but I think deep down he does have an eye for it. It’s sorta sad that nowadays kids are so into videogaming, that they don’t read extra books, or draw or anything like that. 🙁
Well, here are the new pics. I will be painting again this afternoon. 🙂
The front pic is blurry, and I took 15 of them! That’s as good as it gets. I did get the Aspens along the front how I wanted them to look…Well closer anyways. I will have to add a splash of green to show them changing and then ofcourse there are always splashes of yellow in the orange and orange in the red…Ugh, I could go on and on, but I’ll just try to post pics as often as possible to keep everyone in the loop as I pick up in painting again. 😀
(Psst…I think the river needs reflective qualities added…Anyone else think so too? Or I need to figure out how to put boulders in it and make it a mountain stream, but I really wanted something somewhat calm with little ripples in it. Grrr…Help anyone? Pwease? )

Honestly, I am not sure. 😕 Until Tropic, I have NEVER been a painter. :nea: Atleast not of pictures. I guess it’s something new for me, but I do so enjoy just letting it all go. I tried so hard to make a “simple” Griffin for Frozen so many years ago, and failed miserably. I had to physically restrain myself from over doing the Raider’s Griffin. 😳 I figure men aren’t as into a busy a scheme as women for the most part. 😉
