I know we never know the exact price or release date but just curious as to how far along these little guys are? If we should be looking for them this week or maybe next week. I know that’s a lot of eyes and horns and little pads to put on

The koi batch is getting eyes and horns now. I wanted to have the fantasy ones ready to go in the store at the same time, so folks can get both if they want and save on shipping. I haven’t finished painting the fantasy ones yet.

Ok great. Thanks for the update. Are there still around forty of the fantasy ones or more? I can’t wait to see them, they sound like they will be very bright.

We changed the plan. We are going to put the koi kirins in the store first, because they are nearly done, and the fantasy kirins are still about a week away from being completed. We will have shell pink baby dragons in at the same time as the Koi kirins, if you want to combine shipping with them

When we have the Grab Bag Standing Baby Ki-rins an email announcement will go out to all who’ve signed up for “notifications” on the home page of our store.

Let me take this opportunity to remind everyone to please refrain from running auto-refreshing programs or scripts (for example: If your Uncle James set something up so that your computer beeps to tell you when Windstone puts in something new – Have him turn it off! – that is not a good thing!). I don’t know if sitting there and pressing refresh over and over and over will stop things from working, but it might if a lot of people are doing that all at once, so please lets don’t do that.

Our store has been computing the shipping charges slowly – that barber shop pole looking line will appear when you press “calculate shipping” – just wait patiently until it goes away and the rates come up. Its been taking about a minute to do its thing connecting to UPS and USPS for the rates. If we can get that fixed before the grab it will be good, however we haven’t figured out why its funky – it may be something on the UPS side of the connection.

Lastly – the Grab Bag Koi Standing Baby Ki-rins are NOT going to be ready today!
