She was put down earlier today. I buried her underneath a wisteria sapling during a lull in the rain.

my husband’s Social Security payment is $544.70 short that’s over a third of his monthly payment! He’s 80 and disabled (Alzheimers, COPD etc), a veteran whose VA benefit remained the same, obviously not working and never worked for the government so Fairness act shouldn’t affect him, no back child support his kids were grown when he divorced his first wife, no alimony owed… just wtf and excuse the French. i’m scrabbling now just to make the house payment due in a couple days.
Also odd that the payment wasn’t an even amount, it ended in 30 cents…

Sorry Im a downer. my dogs know that I turn on the faucet and the water comes out the hose. My digs decided they wanted to play in the water, My dogs pulled the faucet off the wall, breaking the pipe off in the wall. They better be glad I love them.

Been without water since they did it Sunday morning- lots of people around had damage due to the severe freeze, so plumbers haven’t been available. But my neighbor’s handyman just made it back to town and got the pipe plugged for me so I could turn on the water again. I am so blessed to be able to flush the toilet and wash. He didn’t rape me either.
I can do some of my own handymanning, but a pipe in the wall was beyond my skillset.
Its actually kind of haha funny that they HAD to choose a day all the plumbing went out in Florida. Maybe it really is a blessing on that I couldn’t get a regular expensive plumber.

Soooo… I’ll be honest, I thought it was hilarious! Of all the damage I’ve heard dogs doing, this is by far the most original one. I’m glad it got fixed (and that you didn’t get ripped off).

Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.
