I’d love to see some more adult Poad colours.
I love the more natural coloured Poads, but another like the Sugar Plum Poads would be especially neat! =) After seeing the Octopoad from the last GBs I’ve really liked that vibrant green and gold on Poads in particular.Grab Bag Young Unicorns and Siamese Griffin Mothers Please.I am patient. :bigsmile:

Definately make some Secret Keepers in any color available…I know that there’s supposed to be 3 in the BVP color coming soon, but if I’m not online at the exact moment they go on sale I’m sure they will be sold in about .08 seconds. 😉
Also, I have an absolute, desperate NEED for a dragon – any dragon – in the Autumn Leaf color. I think this is one of the coolest colors I have ever seen.
Also any Violet Flame and, to a slightly lesser degree, Red Fire.
Oh – also we need more Oriental Dragons – Sun, moon, etc.
But mostly the Secret Keepers and the Autumn Leafs – An Autumn Leaf Secret Keeper would probably be my most prized possession if it were to happen! :love:

I realize this isn’t necessarily a wish that Melody can grant, but I’d really love it if the horn issue would finally be taken care of and we could start getting pieces that require electroplating back into stock.

What exactly is the problem at this point? Can you not find someone to cast the pewter for you?
My major squeak is Gold oriental dragons! =)The standard version, not Sun & Moon, though they’d be awesome too.

It’s a variety of issues to my understanding. They don’t have the old masters (though they did find the old molds). The new pewter caster they found can’t use the old molds.
So, they are left with the task of either:
1.) Finding someone who can use the molds they have
OR
2.) Making new masters
OR
3.) Creating new horn masters based off of the current horns – but these will be smaller and require work to be done to the sculptures and the casting molds for the sculpts (since the holes the horns go into would be too big for the smaller horns)And, of course, for any of those tasks you also need to find a good pewter caster that is affordable, able to do the work, and provides archival quality work. Not sure if they want them to do the plating or not, but if they do, that adds another layer of complexity.
I’m sure it will happen eventually! Just a lot of ducks to get into a row!

Beats me on that one. 🙂 I’m like a parrot – I can repeat back the little bit I’ve gathered from the forum, but the actual process is still very mysterious.
Here’s a funny one for you – when I was a little kid and got my first Windstone, I imagined a whole line of painters with itty bitty brushes painting each piece – not an airbrush. Also, I thought they were each hand carved and the stone was brown (I had a kirin and the base coat goes under the felt! So the stone must be brown, right?)
I was like 11… LOL
I would love to see a Grossbeak Poad (colours of a male grossbeak) and BUTTERFLY DRAGONS…that would be amazing! Butterfly winged dragons, and dragons coming out of sea shells instead of eggs…that’s what I wanted to ‘squeak’ about.
