The wrapping around it is from a really old leather belt. I wanted to make something like this for a while; old rustic stuff has a special charm to me.
I found another site with interesting paintable figures. It’s called Dragons And Beasties, and right now they have two paintable vinyl figures that are on sale for a great price! I just bought a few and felt like spreading the word if anybody else was interested in getting something different.

Here’s a little something I made over the last couple days.
Holo glitter space dragon! This was a test paint to try something out. It’s too glossy for what I was trying to get so I’m going to try a different varnish on another piece.
The glitter is a red-copper holographic, so while it does have a rainbow effect said effect leans heavily red. I’m going to use a different holographic glitter on test paint #2.

The dragons and crow were test paints, and the cat was to use up some excess paint.
I’m opening up commissions to paint some of the tiny critter figures I have on-hand. Prices will vary based on the figure chosen and desired paint job. The large and glow in the dark figures will be the most expensive. If you need help identifying what animal a figure is feel free to contact me.

Here’s a small piece I finished over the weekend, Sugarplum Supernova!
Photos don’t really do it justice. The dragon’s a color-shifting mix of purple, blue, and gold with holographic glitter layered over everything. I wish my phone camera was better at picking up the colors better because it’s so pretty when you move it around in the light.

I just recently finished these two pieces for a large multimedia project I’m working on. The style of these is a bit different from my usual so it was difficult to decide when they were “done.”
Another couple of completed pieces!
I painted these for a friend as part of a trade. They have glow in the dark glitter on them but it’s too overshadowed by the glow of the paint to show up.
Some color shift glitter flakes also showed up and I tried one out to see if I could apply it without breaking the flake apart, and so far so good. It’ll be finished today and probably up tomorrow.
