i am pretty sure you can publish book through cafe press. (i know of a person who has her phd for sale there). i wonder if you could publish a comic through there. it might be cheaper and you wouldnt have to have them printed up front. just a thought.

I think I’ll use a print-on-demand publisher like “Lulu”. Lulu specialises in comics, and seems like a good company.

I’ve heard quite a lot of good things about Lulu.

The only small press I’ve actually bought from is SofaWolf, and they’re sort of Furry specialists, far as I know.

I LOVE! the Poads, hence the reason i started the topic to find out about them. I really want two brightly coloured ones, pleaseeeeeeee there need to be some roaming around England 😀

Poads? Actual, honest-to-golly poads, in the–err, gypsum–and all that? 😯 Marvellous! 😀 (Incidentally, they would have worked on me as a method of drawing attention to the comic: they’re so doggoned cute!) If poads are to enter production, then I know what my next gotta-get-it Windstone is going to be. I’ll be watching this thread hoping for more news. And news of the comic, too: hey, if it’s got poads in it, then I want to read it. Maybe read it to a small group of poads? Poads are like potato chips or Old Browns: you can’t have just one . . . . 😉

We don’t know when they are going to be released, but……….

We saw about 40 Butternut Poads being painted by Melody yesterday.
