I have sent a PM to a person on the site and have not heard back. She said the last time she didn’t get a e-mail saying she had a
message.Yeah I don’t know what’s going but I sent several pms to people in the last couple weeks and didn’t hear back from anyone but two people, one of which said she didn’t get notice that she had a message.

I haven’t gotten any email notification of PM messages since we moved to the new site.
I have just been making it a habit to check my account daily.Looking for:
"COSMIC SHIFT DRAGONS and KI-RINS" and the "OCTOPUS TANUKI TEST PAINT #1"I’ve been getting my email notices as always. Have you checked under Settings to make sure sending emails is still selected? If so, try my favorite computer cure-all: Change the setting, save it, then change it back and save it again. It is amazing how often that sort of thing works.

I sent a PM to someone who is usually really good at replying, and no reply yet. So I’m glad I saw this, thought I was going mad. “Did I really send it? Did I not?”

If anyone got a “back in stock” message today (October 19th) for an item where the link does not work – that was a mistake – the item is not back in stock. I’m not sure what went wrong. We are preparing to have some new pebble animals as well as the Young Poad grab bag, but none of it is ready yet. There will be a Mail Chimp email announcement when they are in the store, Please ignore the errant back in stock emails.
Does anyone know how to include photos in a Personal Message? If so, please explain. I have had zero success so far and, since I can’t preview messages, any experiments mean a stream of useless messages for my poor recipient!

It is simple if your photo site will give you links directly to the picture. I use flickr. On my phone, I select share -> copy URL. On my desktop, the selection under share is called something else, don’t recall what. But the URL will look something like http : // flic.kr/p/JEDJ7w, but without the spaces. Other photo sites may use other formats, but it has to start with http. If it gives you an https address, delete the ‘s’ – that seems to confuse the website. I’m having trouble renewing a classified ad. I got an email that one of my ads was 3 days from expiring, so I logged in and went to renew it. I clicked on “Edit” next to the listing, and went through the two-page options, but nowhere was there an option to change the posting date/update the expiration date, and when I had gone through the process and clicked “Finish” my ad still showed that it had only three days left before expiring.
Am I missing some new button or step? How do I keep my ad from expiring?
[b]Edited to add:[/b] As an experiment, I clicked on an expired ad and tried to go through the editing process, to see if it would let me renew it. Nope – went through the whole thing, and got a “this ad is only viewable by you until an administrator approves it” message after finishing. Its expiration date still shows last week. :/

You have to click the link in the email that is sent to you telling you that the ad is expiring. The link will then load onto a page that auto extends the ad. That’s the ONLY way to extend your ad by yourself. You can’t edit the length of the ad in the edit function anymore.

Can someone please enable that ad? I was hoping to sell or trade it by Halloween and just realized I don’t think anyone has been able to see it.

I don’t seem to be getting them anymore either, and my account is set to “Yes” for emails. I had been receiving emails until now so something has changed.
