That´s true. And even though they appear in different episodes after this one and you know what to expect you always find yourself trying not to blink while watching the show…
I showed this episode to my sister once, who loves bloody horror and splatter movies. I really thought she would like them. It turned out that she has no porblem with splatter but these psycho Angels gave her nightmares :-/
