My dad was visiting for the weekend so he saw Pixie yesterday!

His first reaction was…. “WOW”. For someone who had just gone through a day of teaching kids and a 4 hour drive right after, that must mean it’s impressive, that I got a reaction at all, not to mention it’s a good one.

Even though she’s started crackling on the wings already… I think it might be the heat, it got REALLY warm really quick round here, supposed to go to 29 Celcius today. 👿

EDIT: Started my griffin!!! Pics soon to follow! (not the commission, I want to practice antiquing before I do the one I’m getting paid for)

I’m partially done with the griffin!!! All he needs now is some sealant and then some antiquing. And then some topcoat, probably. He’s not that orange really, he’s more of a caramel-y color.

I am seriously crosseyed now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*wants to go to bed now*

Randomness is the best…

And provided I don’t seriously mess up the antiquing, I will probably offer him up for sale on the fleamarket, and if no biters, he goes on ebay.

This is Caramel Orange Carrot. Named by my brother, for his orangy color (I don’t know where he got it).

He will be offered in the fleamarket until Friday June 6th at 8pm then I will put him on ebay.
