Sounds familiar. I’m suing an insurance company too because I got rear-ended, but because it was within three years of a previous accident my company won’t pay my chiropractor bills. I don’t understand how, but I lost the arbitration, so I’m suing the girl’s insurance company (which happens to be the same as mine) to try to get my bills paid. I am also in the process of switching insurance companies because I’m tired of going through this crap everytime somebody rear ends me (five times now!).

It’s not like I like it. My body hurts so much most of the time as it is, and now I walk with a limp from this last one. I don’t know how they think that accident didn’t cause this.

Wow, it sounds like you need to get a truck or something. At least the bed of the truck would protect you better.
