i might be interested in the emerald hatcher if he’s still avail. i don’t know whats a fair offer tho
in my bedroom i have 4 of those standard 6’x30″ shelves full of horses 4 2′ shleves on wall and 3 3′ ones…. not to mention top of my entertainment center, and the half of a storage shed full of horses … thats why i have been selling alot of the older breyer wayyy cheap. need more room. i think my peter stone plastic stone arabian collection itself is aproaching 200 horses. but now they have changed how they are doing things and i refuse to pay 200$ for a horse in this house that will get smokey turn yellow and more then likley suffer domino run when the cats get too frisky. i have some i intend to always keep i.e holiday ones and i love my arabs but doubles of any other mold are in high danger of being sold cheap
tue or wed i’m going to try and figure webshots out so i can show you the mother dragon. i touched up her gold, it was almost all gone. she looks alot happier now. i got a lil ruby fledgie and he is sooooo much darker than the OW i got from windstone i adore him. does that mean he is an older one? also got #5 mother, and male empe on ebay. couldn’t afford to get my layaways paid off in full so i got them for a early birthday gift formyself since no one close to me will bother. The ruby guys if i could find them all that dark i’d go nuts. time for work take care
having been in the modle horse hobby a few years, i’m used to people buying a few extras to sell. I find no wrong in it as long as you are not wiping out a whole run of them to do it. I sold a few breyer barbaros at a nice profit, thats how i was able to afford my ruby ow and rising spectral. sometimes i can get someone to do a pick up for me, sometimes i pay a reseller. i have bought a few other horses to resell myself and end up keeping them. one of my problems lol. i may break down and actually do some selling now to help me get caught up on the windstones, however anything i have kept on my shelf looses value because my father smokes in this house, so i pretty much never profit on a horse purchase.(usually loose about 50%) i have alot of horses that have not ever been in the house for that reason
btw i did look at an auction for a green mother on ebay, and she had alot of the differnces i noticed in my peacock gal. I’m thinking she may just be really early production maybe i should ask melody but i figured any of you guys with an older green or brown may notice this as well.
well i have pix but i do not know how i can post them i’m not set up on any kind of hosting. the color isn’t hot on them , but thats not too important. I made them small cropped out the unimportant. Anyone tell me how i can? i used to have a webshots account but never figured it out to be honest.[/img]
ouch looks like i may have to break into my ER/baby/move funds then, if i want to get anything before it goes up it’s the account i’m ” not to touch” except in emergencies .. this may well be one.
Thanks for the head up i may have gotten back into the hobby to late to afford staying in it. loli just got a shipment today of peacock family of dragons i got on ebay. the original mother, male, young, and 2 hatchlings. some signs of repair are nopticable but the male is very nice(my poor male was starting to look like a train wreck)everyone else seems in good order to but i’m curious about my Mother dragon if she may be a really old one (or god forbid a fake) she has her felt, and the paint seems solid, slightly differnt shading (from my original mother)but thats up to painter involved but she has more detailing in her scales almost like feathering. I mostly see this on her large scales near the top of her back running down into the tail, but also on her large neck scales. her tail detailing seems differnt also, she feels the right weight. alot of her gold seems to have been almost completly rubbed off, but then again my guys have had thier gold retouched so many times ( i know i handle them too much i can’t help it) it’s just that in some places she seems like she has more detail but some of her seems a bit more rough anyone else seen mothers with detailing a bit differnt in the older ones perhaps?

oh. maybe a need to clarify . I’m not offended or upset. i realise my grammar and spelling is horrid but i don’t have alot of time to finesse and practice it, when i’m at work i spend more time speaking in broken spanish to help customers than i do in english. it took me weeks of getting yelled at to stop using “then” when it should have been “than” on irc chat. if you can bear with me i may improve but don’t count on it, it’s just part of how and who i am for now. 3 am and time for bed 🙂
well most of my posts … are before bed early am hours, by that time i can’t see to type let alone think much, plus on chats i got tired of getting yelled at for using my punctuation incorrectly so i simply stopped :p . Bad habit i know. and yes I ramble on i blame it on too many long days at walmart. i get home play housewife/caretaker, then crawl into bed. you can yell at me all you want .. i doubt it will help, sorry. if it becomes too much of an issue i will simply stop posting rather than make trouble. One of the reason’s i waited to sign up was to read up here on how people talk. i have a hard time fitting in anywhere in the beginging, so i am quite used to it by now

well i realllllly want a Sk too but not at a thousand dollars not in this house if they can do some productions maybe in the 400-500 rang i could see a chance really sad it wont’ be EP since i know it won’t be peacock and i dont’ care much for the black gold or gold personally i guess i’ll hope for ruby 🙂 i love my ruby old warrior time will tell
