They are lovely – I thought the champagne tiger curly was too light in the background color – but honestly, I prefer the unmarked sand fledgies. Wish they’d hurry up and hatch some more.
Count me on the fledgling list too, please.
Good God! I would give my left leg for that Secret Keeper 0.o
I believe parts like the kidney or heart are actually much more valuable on the black market than legs.
Too late, Pam, I think the Secret Keeper’s already got her heart.
Could the ‘jump to’ box be either returned to or repeated on the bottom of the page? It’s not practical to ‘Back’ the brower after reading a multi-page thread, and it’s a pain to have to scroll back up a long page to return to the forum list.
Love that overo uni!
And that Serpentine griffin is stunning – and I bet he’s even better-looking in person.

Congrats on the new job! Sounds like you’ll be well rid of the old one. Here’s hoping you get the recognition you deserve in the future!
Oh, please!!! I adore this color on the unicorns; it fits their body shape so well! (Of course, they do look a bit like reverse quaggas 😀 ) I’d love a family of them, if they became available. squeek*
Well, I can’t say it’s not in there, but I’ve never read that book. In 9th grade our English teacher made us all make up a (partial) language, with a few grammar rules, etc. I kept the language for the stories I wrote and have since found it very useful for passwords and screen names. 😀 A ‘thrippa’ is basically a small brown bird like a sparrow or wren (you know, the kind that says ‘thrip, thrip’). I think it fits me, as I’m small, brown-haired and often overlooked, but I like to sing!

Hear, hear! Just awful to battle tooth and nail for a piece you really like – and then find your true dream sculpt go up the next day when you just spent all your money. Much better to pick out one or two that you know you really love and let the others go to the folks that really like them the best. (Of course, sometimes the piece doesn’t actually come up on e-bay. . . but I’m still watching!)
I’ll vote for the blue-winged sand dragons and serpentine ki-rins. I don’t really like the young dragon, but he’s very nice in the sand color.
February 21, 2011 at 2:38 am in reply to: Brown mother Griffins and Black & White chicks in stock! #838015I got my spotted chicks the day after Valentine’s day and the sitter has a darling little heart on his rump! Are they all like that? (Named him Valen, of course.)
I voted for albino and blue (yes, the albino looks pretty scary, but I’d like to see at least a small run of them; albinos that small would have pink eyes rather than blue) but the black/dark brown looks good too. The yellow just looks wrong to me.
I got my folks well trained over the years of collecting Breyers: they gave me a check labeled ‘for Windstones’. Convenient that there’s a new pair of Siamese griffy chicks, no?
My folks actually gave me a check ‘to buy Windstones’ this Christmas, so I was thrilled to see these two. They are darling!
