I like the sneak previews, and I always check to see if there is anything new in the eBay Cart. 😀 There are entire sections of the forum I never visit, but the eBay Cart is one of the threads I make a routine stop. I save all the Cart pictures of pieces I am interested in or even just like to look at, and it is nice seeing groups of the same sculpt together to compare their markings. 😀
I am quite unhappy to see the “pared down” version of the eBay Cart that we have been seeing recently because they are not finished. 😡 👿
I love your little snow flake/cotton candy dragon. 😀 I don’t usually favor pastels, but this is an exception. He is just beautiful. 😀
That was very nice of you to post that long list, Pixie-dust. 🙂 I have ordered from Carnival of Crafts many times over the years and was always happy 😀 except for them not having the boxes. 🙁

I am getting the next one done in Summer, so we can congratulate each other on our good fortune. Of course no two are ever the same, but that just means we will both have OOAKs. 😀 😆

I already have the Hatching Emperor in Silver. I love him and want an Empress to go with him. There is just something special about seeing them in pairs. 😀 If yours does turn out to be an Empress, please don’t forget me! 😆
Also, I think I read that there are two versions of silver in the Empress, a darker and a lighter shade. Does anyone know if that is true for the Hatching Emperor also? 😕 I would really like a pair in both shades, but right now I would be happy to get even one Empress, no matter which shade. squeek* squeek*

Beautiful shades of red, and I love that orange/red color at the neck curve. 😀 The dark horns and accenting look good, and is that a really dark teal thrown in there? The outlined scales look more green in the first picture and more blue in the second. 😕 Those eyes are pretty cool too. 8) Are they similar to the new metallic eyes Windstone is using? They seem to have a bit of glitter to them in your picture. 🙂

They won 2 of my auctions and the only request I have received is for the item number to be put on the outside of the package.
Did anyone do the extra Delivery Confirmation (with or without Return Receipt)? Did you include an invoice inside the box?
Did you have to prepare the shipping label/tracking before being paid?
Just wanted to get a feel for what the procedure is with these guys….

It took them about a week to pay, but I think that is due to the large volume of orders they process. I made my own shipping label, not one prepared online. I shipped UPS and used their normal tracking that is automatically included, and I also had UPS include the eBay number right on their label.
I also put the eBay item number on the top of the box and on all four sides. When I shipped, I sent the tracking number to them on the form they provide on their website. It asks for the carrier, the shipping date, the tracking number, the expected delivery date, etc. Their wording is sometimes a bit odd, but that is due to English not being their native language.
They ask that nothing else be included with the item, so I didn’t. Their system is pretty automated; they do not need/want an invoice because everything they need to know is connected to that eBay auction number, which is why it is so crucial to put it everywhere. I think anything else is thrown out and just slows them down. I put my Windstone in its box, surrounded it with a healthy dose of peanuts and shipped. If you follow their instructions, you will be fine. I would guess that people who had problems did not follow their instructions.
The only down side is that you do not have contact with the actual buyer, so there is no feedback as to whether the buyer loves it, hates it, etc. You will get their standard feedback message, and that is definitely odd due to the translation. 😆
