We did not start an eBay auction on July 24th.

To see the items that you have waitlisted, log into your Windstone account, hover over your name in the upper right corner to see the account drop down menu. Hover over “shop” to reveal another drop down menu, the last item of which is “waitlists”. Click on “waitlists” and you can view the items you are waiting for and remove any you no longer desire. This won’t tell you where you are on the list, however will confirm that you are on the waitlist.

We accidentally labeled the Electric Tangerine Young Dragon “Razzle Dazzle” – sorry for any confusion! (He felt festive!)

Thank you Pawpad for pointing this out! The Young Qi-Lin in Ivory should show up in the Unicorns and Ki-Rins section – and I don’t know why it isn’t! I’ll ask Clay, our webmaster for help!

I am sorry “ehrie”, we have not made the Dragon Sconce in quite a few years and have not plans to make more in the near future. Its very unlikely that any of our dealers still have one in stock. Did you try our Community Classified Ads on this website? Here is a link: https://windstoneeditions.com/classified-ads/ You can hunt for one for sale there or place a “want ad” there.

Another place where a lot of Windstone changes hands (aside from eBay which you have already checked) is our Official Facebook Fan Club. Here is a link to that: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2137058736412490 You will need to join the group to post there – remember to scroll down to submit your replies to the questions for joining it.

                  Good Luck!

Pawpad: Be sure to join the waitliist for any product that you are waiting for that is out of stock. We cannot tell you ahead of time what is coming up as our plans change quite frequently.

Yes I think so, however I do not know when. Please join the waitlist for the color of Mother Hippogriff that you are waiting for. If other colors are in the future, those will be announced when they are available with an email newsletter announcement.

These small square prints are some of my favorites! As I recall, these were only sold framed, but I could be wrong, Melody would know better. I don’t know if we have a proper list of the styles of these small square prints. At that time the art prints were published by Alberti Design (John Alberti’s first business, you’ll see that printed on the edges of the prints where the frame covers them) and mainly sold at “co-op” style shops. I remember getting to go along once on a run from Los Angeles into Northern California visiting each co-op to refill the displays of Melody’s prints.

As of May 2026 all items that require crystal balls are on hold. We have some balls for ebay items while we wait for a new supply of crystal balls.

Items of note: It seems that one page of the Class photos is missing. We will try to find it on Friday (sorry about that!). All leftovers have found homes and all orders have been filled now (April 8) but it will take some time for them to travel – some are going a long distance.

If anyone needs a tracking number please email me with your order number, service@windstoneeditions.com

Thank you everyone for putting up with the store crashing while you were making your purchases. We apologize for the ordeal you all went through! We really didn’t think the webstore was going to behave so badly creating so much stress and we feel bad about that. Thank you for not giving up. -Susie, Windstone Customer Service

Reminder of what One Per Customer means:

When we limit sales to “One Per Customer” it means that one person may purchase one of the items: They must pay for it themselves and we must ship to the address of the person who is placing the order. You may not pay for someone else’s order. You may not buy one and have it shipped to a friend instead of to you. If you buy one for yourself and a family member also wants to buy one, they need to place an order for themself, pay us for it themself, and have it shipped to themself.

“One Per Household” is when we restrict things much more, filling only one order per address, and those grab bag events may have a sign up list ahead of time.

The Grab Bag will not be available until next week – Monday at the earliest.
There are about 240 of them and they will be $460.00 each plus shipping.
