The interest rate here is 3%, so that means for the house I’d like it’s SFr. 7’500.- (about the same in dollars) per year as a thank-you to Dad for financing the place without requiring a downpayment from me. It’s not backbreaking, but it’s still an incentive to get the place paid off.

http://sunhawk.livejournal.com/I just wanted to say that I wish I posted more here and it’s nothing to do with lack of desire and I have no logical excuse of being away from my computer, I’m just stretched too thin these days. Usually I’ve got about five Firefox windows open, with a total of something like 50 tabs of different sites and some I don’t remember to revisit for weeks, due to my own oatmeal brains @_@ But when I DO remember and DO get a chance to stop by here, I enjoy talking with you guys, definitely 🙂

I’m listening to a kitty complain about being indoors and not neutered! LOL
Don’t look at me, he’s not actually my cat, he’s a rescue my friends found outside near starving and I agreed to take him for a week or two until they can find a shelter with room to take him, because everyone around here is apparently full right now @_@ If anyone wants a really friendly, gorgeous calico who just needs a neutering and vet check, you can have him for free right now!! LOL
He MUST be either an escaped or dumped pet, he’s TOO friendly and housetrained to be a real stray! He’s a real attentionwhore, follows me around my appartment from room to room heh heh
