What about also running a “Silver horn ed” of black unicorns? Use blue stones instead of red stones…
This is a cool idea too, all black unis with blue eyes and blue stones! Black ice!

This might also look really nice with white leggs, or dark knees and face, and dorsal stripe, with white socks, kind of like a dunalino, except…blue-silver.
Not that I’m lurking this thread out of over-excitement or anything…
I think any cool-toned color scheme would look nice, really. Blue roan on ebay a while back was very popular. I prefer gold horns with warm color schemes, generally.
Maybe a hoarfrost color? Like silver and white (maybe even with an awesome pattern stencil, eh? EH?) with a touch of interference blue?
I’m not sure how green would go, but it’d be worth a shot to see how ‘elven’ looked on them perhaps?
I’ll also put in a giant SQUEAK for blue morpho as well, maybe they could be similar to oryx markings, or female sable antelope maybe, with the blue where they’re tan?
Which class pic is yours in Starhorse? It would be cool to see or look up if you describe it.
I actually can’t find him in the pics! He’s a really deep jewel blue, with particolor green and orange leaves on his back and little peeping eyes. He’s got a bit or purple and green on his legs, and lime green eyes. There’s blue spots in the leaves like his coat is showing through. He’s really cool looking, actually. I’ll take pictures when I get home from work today.
I’ve gotten one since posting my last one that hasn’t been shown yet. I’ll see if I can post pics sometime this week.
Got some better pictures of mine today! He’s a much brighter gold and green on his design–the photos kind of washed him out. He’s got an ad in the trade section–I’ll look at offers from past batches, too!
Got mine today! I’ll post pics tomorrow, but he’s the copper and peridot green one with two ladybugs on his back. He’s rather autumn leaf-ish but is not specifically leaf patterned. I like his colors, but was hoping for one without critters painted on, so he will be up for trade. I’ll consider naturals from the last batch, too. I have favorites, of course, but my heart’s not set on any particular one so it never hurts to offer whatever 🙂 Just, not one with a critter on it, obviously.
I’m pretty sure it’s this one, though he’s a much richer copper-brown in life, the photo makes him look pretty black.
I would also love to see more production colours for Kirins! I love the snow and blue ice colours or even blue morpho kirins or a warm colour scheme like snow fire. It would be nice to see a warm colour like that for the griffins too to complement the blue morpho ones.
I loved Snow Fire too, it’s one of my favorite colors I’ve seen on ebay. Such gorgeous griffins! So add my squeak to that! 🙂
A little off topic, but I think we’re probably from the same church, had no idea!
Back on topic though, that SUCKS things ended up so sour! If you need someone to talk to about it let me know 🙁
