Yeah, my Calculus is long gone. I guess I’ll have the opportunity to relearn that too in a few years. 🙄
The sooner you’re moved the better. Sending lots of good thoughts your way!
I have the green hatching dragon in the dragon photo. So that’s definitely 3 violations. 😡
Congrats!! That took a lot of hard work!!
Those poor little kids!! Those parents have got some serious issues. With attitudes like that, how will they raise them? Poor things don’t have a chance at a normal childhood. Heaven knows what’ll happen when they start school!! 🙁
Interesting how churches are always a place to visit on trips. When we went to New York City, we visited the old churches. When we went to St. Augstine, we visited the old churches. Same thing in New Orleans, etc. It’s not the only thing we saw, but they’re always on the list. I wonder if it’s because people put more effort into preserving them?
I think of the Math thing as a challenge. 😉 Helping him with English was harder. All that diagramming of sentences and separating adverbs from adjectives!!! 😮 Fortunately, he doesn’t need help with that anymore.

They would spend their vacations prowling stores in various states looking for “finds”. My great uncle collected books. First he filled up their basement, then he had to rent a storage place. I think it was more like a small warehouse. 😮
Sadly, I don’t know what happened to the glass or the books. I wasn’t offered the chance to keep anything when they passed away. 🙁
That’s a shame! Cranberry glass is indeed lovely and all of those books! It would have been like a candy store to me.
He used to give a few every now and then, because he knew I loved them too, but I never made it inside the warehouse.
I want a lap pony!!! 😀
Odo on Deep Space 9 was surprised to see others of his species. Is that who you’re thinking of?
Rene Auberjonois, Odo Chief of Security Seasons 1-7 Deep Space 9, Changeling Constable (unofficial)
Constable Odo is the station’s incorruptible chief of security. He is a Changeling, capable of assuming any shape he wishes. He was found and raised by the Bajorans. Odo yearns to find his own people, but when he finally does, he is less than pleased to discover that they rule the Gamma Quadrant with an iron fist.
I’m late reading all of this, but I only wish you the best. I think even if Michael has to temporarily wash from the basin, it would be best to move to your mom’s. Does HE still have access to your collectibles? What other possessions could he take from you? That might be his next step!!
Oh, what a shame! I love Sandicast! I don’t have very many, but I do have several wolves and dogs. 🙁
Bump, in case Melody missed this. squeek* squeek* squeek*

You still have school nightmares too!! 😮 Those are the worst!! In mine, either I’m late to an important class or we have a test and I can’t remember anything!!
Greater Basilisk wrote:You remember algebra, star? I distinctly remember forgetting every scrap of algebra I grudgingly stuffed into my head in preparation for tests. I forgot it the day I handed the finals in, and I believe I flunked those tests, but passed the finals. I’m a loser when it comes to math.
Wait until you have kids. It’s like going to school all over again. This year was a refresher course in Geometry. Next year, we’ll move on to Algebra II. 🙄
