 Congrats, Purplecat!!
Mine came back! (I always use IE, mainly because I don’t really understand computers and that’s what is on it)
ROFL!! You guys are too funny!!
I totally hear you about the bad stuff always happening in December. This week the bottom rusted out of out hot water tank. Last night I washed my hair in a bucket of water that I heated on the stove. :tired: The good news is that my father in law bought us a new one for Christmas and it will be here in an hour!
 Congrats, Moonbeam!!
December 17, 2011 at 3:58 am in reply to: HOLIDAY ORNAMENT SWAP 2011- SHIP BY DECEMBER 8TH!! #865994I haven’t gotten mine yet. 🙂 I’m sure excited for it to come though!
Also, I’m sorry I didn’t realize most people were sending gifts as well as the ornament. I’ll do better next year!!
Ditto! On all points >.<
(mine weren’t even wrapped or put in a nice giftbox :()
I have heard from both of your senders, so don’t worry I know they’ll be there. 🙂 I think the deadline was kind of tough this year for a lot of us. I know I struggled with it and my package was several days late going out. When does everyone think we should start next year? Do you think that the last week of October is too early for sign-ups? That would give us the whole month of November to work on our projects. What are your suggestions on the time frame?
I would have to look at them, but I think the female horns were from when we sent samples in to be plated. I don’t know where the male horns came from. I remember having to scrounge for one for the Zebra Unicorn too, but now there is a small cup of male horns in the cabinet!
YAY! The Horn Fairy came to visit the factory!!
Me too, LIH. And it figures, everything I’ve posted today has a typo in it, LOL!
For the first question, the first place I looked was in the blog. I actually skimmed right past it 3 or 4 times! Then I tried searching for the original animal line, but came up with 2,000 pages of results! At 1 AM I thought I’ll check out the blog ONE MORE TIME then I’m calling it a night. I could’ve kicked myself when I finally found it, LOL! I read so much Windstone History that night that I think I’m prepared for the next questions. 🙂
I think the questions should be hard to answer to make us really earn our prizes!!
But if it’s any consolation, I am responsible for the Hades color scheme being in existence.
**Hugs Pam** Thank you thank you thank you!! I LOOOOOVE all the Hades pieces!!
I agree with Melody and John, I don’t think the colors compliment each other at all. **covers head**
But you have to admit, it seems that not a day goes by when we squeak for another color (today included). It’s hard to choose a new color when so many colors are wished for.On a side note: Did you ever wonder if our eyes are like comuter monitors? You know, like that colors look differently though other people eyes? Did you ever have one of those arguements with somewhen when looking at something they say it’s blue, but it clearly looks green to you? This is one of those situations where I wonder if our eyes all see colors differently. Just something I’ve been pondering. 🙂
I searched for three hours last night to find it (without a hint ;))
I have a dumb question. Will winners be announced daily or all at the end? It’ll be super exciting to see a winner announcement daily!! (sorry, I get crazy excited when pebbles are involved!)
What a great question!! 🙂 Thank you for organizing such a fun quest!!
