I feel bad asking but I need some help, can someone give me a hand? A very dear member of my family is currently in the ICU. Can someone take over finishing up the swap for me? Basically I need someone to keep track and make sure everyone received a goody. I heard from every participant at progress report time so everything *should* be fine, but I’m probably not going to be around for a while to keep track. I feel awful for asking, but I want to make sure someone is around to watch to make sure everyone got a treat. Thanks <3
Thanks, Brite! 🙂 It scared the crap out of me and he obviously feels like poo. Compared to the other patients in the ER, my little one wasn’t bad at all (the girl sitting next to me in the waiting room had a very broken hand!), but I don’t think that we were wasting their time. I’m feeling bad that he still feels bad for the night.
Oh, man, I can’t wait until this week is over!
My week started with the news of a distant relative passing away from pretty crappy circumstances. She was a sweet ol’ lady who was starting to show signs of alzheimers. She went to go use the restroom and went through the wrong door and fell down some stairs.
The next day my hubby calls me from work to tell me he wrecked my car when he hit a deer on his way to work. Why was he driving MY car to work, you ask? Because he already wrecked his own car. *facepalm* Hubby was not hurt, but I’m not sure my car will be able to recover.
Tonight, my little boy wakes up and starts choking. He’s gasping for breath, but you can hear such a congestion in his throat that he can’t get air. Since I only have two piles of car parts in my driveway, I call my dad and ask for a ride to the ER. My little one is lethargic and hoarse and the doctor says there’s absolutely nothing wrong, it might just be a cold. Seriously?! I don’t think I was overreacting by taking him to the ER, but they made me feel like I was. 🙁
Sorry, just needed to vent a few minutes!$20 each is a deal! Ironically, the $3 kitty I found, I had already bought one just like it on eBay for $42, LOL. 😀
I didn’t know that, Robin!! That sounds like an excellent method!
A couple months ago I was walking around an antique store and I spotted a black batwing flapcat on a shelf marked $3 (yes, THREE dollars!). I was so excited by my find that I didn’t notice that more than half his ear is gone and looks like someone had colored it with a marker to cover it, too. I’m gonna give that method a go!I’m so excited for the new foxes, especially the bat-earred!! I know they haven’t been behaving on the paint wheel, but I’m drooling for a batch!
XD!! You tease!! Will you describe its coloring? *pants*
I’ll give you a hint… it matches something you made for me! 😀
OMG OMG Mine is here!!…. But it’s raining, so photos will have to wait. 🙁
Ok, everyone!! That time is here already, tomorrow is the ship date!!
My awesome hubby promised me a full evening of peace and quiet to put the finishing touches on mine. Did I mention my hubby is awesome??

I’m not surprised though, with all of the site traffic – and this happens everywhere on the web when there’s an item in demand! Has anyone else ever made the mad dash for a Bag of Crap on Woot? Or tried to snag some Black Friday online deal only to have the website go belly-up? Bottom line is that it happens, and although I’m sure the Windstone folks aren’t happy about it (and a lot of potential customers aren’t happy about it!) even huge retail websites have the same problems.
What’s a Bag of Crap? Sounds like something I would buy, LOL. 😀
Woot.com sells one item per day at a steep discount. Periodically they do “bags of crap” where you get three random items for $5.
Could be 3 ball point pens, or a TV and some chewing gum. You have NO idea. It’s just whatever random “crap” they still have around!
That sounds fun! I’ve spent more than that on a lottery ticket, and didn’t even get ONE ballpoint pen out of it. XD

A while back, Melody asked us if we were tired of grab bag ‘corns yet…..
Managed to get one while going through a heavy earthquake at the same time! O_O Shook the whole house pretty violently for a good 20 seconds!
WHAT?? That’s unicorn dedication right there! I hope everyone and everything is okay. <3
I actually got 7 back in stock emails!
You can also put the picture into your computers “paint” program. That’s the only way I could figure out how to do it.
(Heehee, since it said “don’t read”, I just HAD to come in and read! XD)
I asked the same question and then figured it out using an iPad paint program. Started circling the ones I want and most of them were circled…lol! There are a couple though I would love to have, hoping I can get one though!
Me too! I think it might be a much shorter list if I just cross out the ones I DON’T like, LOL.
